Fayetteville is a quiet, quaint litle town with a population of 261 (more cows live here than people)! It is a community rich in heritage and located just one hour from Austin. It is a perfect getaway location with no traffic and the friendliest people in town that you'd ever meet. Relax in the hammock and sit on the deck with your favorite glass of wine. Some local acitvites include:

- antique shops abound everywhere!

Three great restaurants are located within walking distance from the house on the historic square.
