This is our third year going to this house and it has been wonderful every time. They allow us to bring our dogs and the back yard set up is perfect for them. They provide everything that you need so each year i bring less and less. Walking distance to lunch, dinner and shopping. It's a treasure!!!!

Perfect in every way!!

First I would like thank the owners of this great home for allowing us to enjoy their home for a week!! Location is perfect,, Fenwick is such a wonderful place to vacay. The house is on the border of Fenwick & OCMD which was nice to go into OCMD but it was even better to come back "home" to the quite peaceful town of Fenwick! The back yard was beautiful lots of shade from the large trees,lots of places to sit and relax! I loved taking my coffee outside every mornng and looking at the water. The house had evrything we could ever need or want, it was very clean and very welcoming. The AC works great which was perfect I like it alil on the chilly side lol! I could go on forever about just how perfect this home was and what a great vacation we had. It was really nice to be able to bring the "whole" family along(the doggie).The kids really enjoyed crabbing and fishing right from the back yard. My only complaint would be ..we only stayed for a week! I already recommended this home to my parents who make the trip to OCMD every year in Sept. THank you again to the wonderful owners for allowing us to enjoy their little piece of paradise!

We loved staying on Fenwick Island and having both beach and canal access. Kathleen was super responsive and the house had everything we needed. We'll be back!

This was an incredibly nice and well furnished house with incredible access to the beach and bay. AC works extremely well even though many times is not necessary. It has a wonderful outdoor grill with a picnic table. Also a little dock looking out on a beautiful canal. One of the most surprising perks was a shed filled with all sorts of fun things, boogie boards, crab pots (we caught 10), sunscreen... Incredibly nice people, would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for a really great place to stay. Hope to stay again in the future

My wife and I spent nine days on Fenwick Island, DE. Our rental unit, a lovely beach house, was great. The accomidations were really clean, very inclusive of everything one might want, and with an excellent location. Having rented beach houses in the past, this represented our best experience ever. I highly recommend this property.

This wonderful cottage was perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed crabbing every morning and evening, and made use of the grill for evening meals. The accomodations were comfortable, clean and homey. All this, and within walking distance to the ocean! It was perfect!

Wonderful beach house

Great place in perfect location. Two block walk to the beach. When beach was too windy, sat on the dock on the bay watching the time drift away. Lots of windows that opened to let in the fresh air. Ceiling fans in 3 rooms to keep the air moving. Modern kitchen with all conveniences. Large screen TV across from comfortable couches. Did not want to leave.
