Waterfront beach house on the bay, 1/3 mile to beach in quiet family-oriented community on Ocean City, MD - Delaware border. Clean and well maintained. Room for maximum of 14 people. Lower level has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Upstairs loft has 1 full bathroom and 5 queen/full beds. Washer/dryer. Outside shower. New kitchen, sun room, carpet, furniture. Cable TV and DVD in living room, master bedroom and upstairs. Row boat available. 5 car maximum parking.

Off-season rates: $200 per night or $500 for 3 nights or $1000 for entire week.
Summer rates: $300 per night or $800 for 3 nights or $1600 for entire week.
Security deposit: $300 (refunded)

Summer rates in effect for June 7, 2008 - September 20, 2008
Weekly rentals only in July and August. Thank you.
