Description of the Fenwick Island vacation home rental

This beautiful, ultra clean, new waterfront home in the QUIET residential community of Swann Cove is available for your long awaited beach vacation! Our home is located just minutes from Fenwick Island, Ocean City MD and Bethany Beach.

The master bedroom(king size bed) and 2nd bedroom(queen size bed) are both on the first floor. Bedroom 3 (queen size) and bedroom 4 (three twins) are on the 2nd floor. Each bedroom has it's own private bath. All bedrooms have cable TV.

The family room boasts a large plasma HDTV and is open to the gourmet kitchen/breakfast area that all share a breathtaking view of the water.

You can't go wrong with this incredible home. It is sure to become your home away from home for years to come. We look forward to you creating lifelong memories here.

Area Information

Swann Cove is just off Rt. 54 in West Fenwick Island.

Enjoy crabbing/fishing and kayaking on the pier right in our back yard. Our community has a swimming pool and walking/biking path. The grocery store and Walgreens are both within walking distance.

We are only a 3 mile drive to coastal highway where there are unlimited restaurants, beaches, shopping and fun. If you would prefer a day of relaxation, you can just stay at home and watch the jetskiiers, boats and wildlife from the deck and backyard or sit by the community pool. Bring your kayak along and launch it right out back!

The sunsets from the pier are amazing by the way!

Fabulous, family, vacation home!

Our family spent a week at this beautiful bay front vacation home. It was the perfect place for our three generation family gathering. We enjoyed both the home and Fenwick Island area. Becky Todd, the owner, was very helpful. We planned well in advance and talked several times with Becky. She was always most gracious. We hope to return next year.

Beautiful Home -- Great location!!

This was the PERFECT getaway! This house was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, spacious accomodations with the bay right in the backyard! It was so nice several people in our group asked that I keep the contact information to come back next year! We would have never found something so nice in Ocean City itself and with Coastal Hwy only a 10 minute drive away we couldn't have asked for anything better. As a family, we were close to the action but removed enough to have some peace from the busy city area. The Todd's were also very gracious in offering us ideas and information about the local area and things to do. We will definately stay at this house again..wonderful memories!!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this home. Plenty of things to do, crabbing, fishing, biking ect. Very close to the beach and a beautiful home that any family would enjoy.
