This beautiful, ultra clean, brand new waterfront home in quiet residential community is available for your long awaited beach vacation! Only minutes to Fenwick Island, Ocean City MD and Bethany Beach...no matter what your ideal vacation, this property has it all.

The master bedroom(king size bed) and 2nd bedroom(queen size bed) are both on the first floor. Bedroom 3 (queen size) and bedroom 4 (three twins) are on the 2nd floor. Each bedroom has it's own private bath. All bedrooms have TV with cable.

The family room boasts a large plasma HDTV and is open to the gourmet kitchen/breakfast area that all share a breathtaking view of the water.

You can't go wrong with this incredible home. It is sure to become your home away from home for years to come. We look forward to you creating lifelong memories here.

Enjoy crabbing/fishing and kayaking on the pier right in our back yard. Our community has a swimming pool, a walking/biking path, and a fitness center. The grocery store and a pharmacy are both within walking distance.

We are only a 3 mile drive to coastal highway where there are unlimited restaurants, beaches, shopping and fun. If you would prefer a day of relaxation, you can just stay at home and watch the jetskiiers, boats and wildlife from the deck and backyard or sit by the pool. Bring your kayak along and launch it right out back!
