Description of the Fenwick Island vacation home rental
Enjoy peace and quiet and views of canal at this beautiful Cape Cod 4 bedroom home located in Keenwick Sound, just 3 miles from the beaches of Fenwick Island,DE and Ocean City, MD. Community swimming pool is within walking distance. Go crabbing and fishing in back yard on private dock over canal that leads into Roy Creek and the Assawoman Bay. Golfing, shopping, exercise gym and restaurants within walking distance.
First floor master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a sitting room. The 1st upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. The 2nd has a full bed and a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The 3rd bedroom has two full beds. There is also a TV room with a lounge area and a sleeper sofa with full size bed. A porta-crib is also available. Downstairs, there is a spacious kitchen with island, a living room area with fireplace,and a separate dining room that seats up to 8-10 people. Off the family room, there is a spacious furnished sunroom with a lovely view of the canal and seating for 8 people. There is also a side porch and a deck off of the kitchen. Home includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas grill, outdoor furniture, outdoor shower, and shed with crab nets and cages.
Absolutely no smoking inside house and no pets!!!!
Off Season Rates: $1800/wk, $270/nt (3 night minimum)

Keenwick Sound is a quiet community located off of Route 54 in West Fenwick Island in Delaware. It is close to Ocean City, MD and all of the Delaware beaches: Fenwick Island, Bethany, Rehoboth and Lewes. Bayside Golf Course is right next door!

We recently stayed here with our family and we had a GREAT time! We loved the Deck off the back and the crabbing was delightful. The sunroom was a great place for the kids to play. We would deffantly stay here again!
