Description of the Fenwick Island vacation townhouse rental

We have rented each week through August 30th. Please inquire about our September and Fall rates.

Take the FREE Beach Shuttle to Fenwick Island beaches!! We also have a guided walking path around Assawoman Bay, so bring your tennis shoes!

This is a great rental for 1 or even 2 families - with a Master suite on 3rd floor and Master mini on 1st floor! Plenty of privacy and room to relax.

• Deposits: Security deposit = $150 and will be collected to reserve your stay. Any damage to the property will be deducted from the security deposit and the remainder billed to the renter. Admin Fee = $50
