Vacation Rental Description
We have rented each week through August 30th. Please inquire about our September and Fall rates.
Relax on the porch, head to the beach, go to the golf course or lounge at the pool! You can walk to the Rec Center with outdoor pool, outdoor whirlpool spa, tennis courts, kids' splash zone, game room, picnic area, volleyball and basketball courts, and fitness center!
Take the FREE Beach Shuttle to Fenwick Island beaches!! We also have a guided walking path around Assawoman Bay, so bring your tennis shoes!
This is a great rental for 1 or even 2 families - with a Master suite on 3rd floor and Master mini on 1st floor! Plenty of privacy and room to relax.
Our townhome features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths with a 2-car garage, whirlpool tub in master bedroom, large eat-in kitchen and 2 covered porches! Enjoy Bayside Community with a georgeous Jack Nicklaus golf course.
