This large 1 bedroom 2 bath condo located at Main Beach in the Terraces at Beach side. The ocean view from the balcony is fantastic. There is a large kitchen with granite countertop and plenty of room to entertain. There is beach equipment and 2 bicycles for your use. The property has a private beach access and bar-b-que grills.

There is a nice restaurant next door with a patio that is perfect for lunch while enjoying a day at the beach and cocktails and dinner later. The property is located at Main Beach. It is 200 yards from the entrance to Ft. Clinch, 1/4 mile from the Egan's Creek Greenway and 1 mile from downtown Fernandina Beach.
