The main wing of this home is on one level and features the kitchen, dining, and living area overlooking the ocean. The bedroom wing of this home is on 2 levels and features 4 bedrooms. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 Singles and one with a Double, that share a hall bath. The upper level has a guest bedroom, 2 Singles, with a private bath and the master bedroom, King, with a private bath and balcony. There are decks on both the ocean and sound sides.
Cross the private bridge to Figure Eight Island and you'll find a peaceful, seaside haven with sparkling blue waters and miles of sandy white beach. - Check Out: 10 a.m.
- Required Stay: Friday to Friday during June, July and August
- Lodging Tax: 12.75%
- Deposits: An advance payment of half the weekly rate and reservation fee is due immediately to confirm a reservation. There is also a $300 refundable Security Deposit required with the final payment, 30 days prior to arrival.
- Other Fees: Reservation Fee of $45 plus tax; Optional Linen Fee of $100; Optional Cancellation Insurance which is 6.5% of rent, taxes and reservation fee; Refundable Security Deposit of $300.
