Description of the Fire Island vacation home rental

This beautiful house is surrounded by numerous decks & balconies, and a garden with pond, a 9 foot deep pool is the focal point of the property. Umbrellas, sitting areas with lounges and dining areas abound.

The beach house is bright on the darkest day with windows, sliding glass doors and skylights throughout. It has a kitchen that is fully equipped for the gourmet who likes to cook. The major open living area that includes the kitchen, dining area, and living room, is on the second floor overlooking the beautiful garden, pool area and pine trees with a "treehouse" effect.

The furniture is contemporary but very comfortable and is perfect to entertain guests. There are three private bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and there own entrances. An office with a desk, fax machine, and internet is located on the first floor so that you can work when necessary.

Area Description

This home is located in the most accepting beach area in the US. A perfect getaway for gays & lesbians with activities, events and festivities every weekend. Major holiday weekends that are planned from Friday thru Monday are: Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Pines Party, Ascension Party, & Labor Day.

World renowned for being casual, fun, and private, cocktail & dance bars create a festive mood in the afternoon and nights. Great gourmet food markets, and restaurants provide all manner of dining.

Above all the 30+ mile beach provides the most serene and beautiful setting for people watching, swimming, jogging, etc. There is no place like Fire Island Pines nor this premier beach house! The season extends from May to September and books quite quickly.

This house was great. 3 spacious bedrooms, lots and lots of space in the house and its various outside spaces. Feels very secluded even though its right off the main road to the ferry, and is convenient to all. Can hear people walking by, but it's not overwhelming. Highly recommend.
