Description of the Fish Creek vacation home rental

Relax in our 3500+ square foot, fully furnished luxury home in the picturesque town center of Fish Creek, Door County, Wisconsin. The home is conveniently sited near biking and ski trails, and only a 10-minute walk to the local shops. Home is a near the Top-of-the-Hills shops, and is walking and biking distance to the Peninsula State Park. It comes fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths (two with jaccuzi tubs), sofabeds in both the living room and the finished basement, a 1.5-car garage and a 100 square foot furnished cottage adjacent to the house. Amenities include designer furniture and top-of-the-line appliances throughout, TVs in almost every room, a living room fire place, living room surround sound system, large outdoor fireplace, wrap-around porch and outdoor furniture to relax with family and friends, recreational basement complete with pool table, large screen TV and surround sound system.

Summer rates: $2700.00 Summer by the week only.
Spring/Fall/Winter Rate $1900.00 (no holiday)
$400.00 a night. Short and long-term leases might be available.

Might consider last minute "unbooked" rate for only $300.00 a night. I.e. you call a few days before you arrive.

INTERIOR: Vaulted ceiling on both the first and second floor, gives the house a feeling of luxurious space. Recessed lighting and designer furniture. Local artist 's artworks accent the bedrooms and living space. Custom wood inlays cabinets, fireplaces surroundings, and dressers. Fireplaces located in both the living room and second master bedroom. Fans are controlled with remote controls. Recessed lighting. Sitting chairs and couches found throughout the house.

KITCHEN: Enjoy top-of-line stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, stocked with upper-end dishware and pots and pans. Kitchen island has ceramic stovetop. Kitchen has a large sliding door that overlooks the backyards, and open onto a wrap-around porch. Enjoy the breakfast nook for quick lunch or breakfast. Watch local birds and wildlife from the porch or kitchen.

LIVING ROOM

Vaulted windows line this room with two French-doors. It has recessed lights and a remote controlled fan. It contains a comfy white queen sofabed and sitting chair. Bose surround sound system, with Yamaha DVD player, stereo, amplifier, and radio. Custom made in-lay wood cabinets, which contain nature guides and other books. Local artist artworks accent the walls. Relax by the gas fireplace.

LOWER BATHROOM

Tile floors, with a shower.

RECREATION ROOM

Bottom room contains a queen size sofabed, , a 45+ TV, and a Bose surround sound system. Additionally, it has video game gadgets. You can enjoy the DVD library or the full size pool table.

MASTER BEDROOM

The stairs lead to the upper master bedroom, known as the 'black and white room. Ample closet space, a remote control fan, and a TV surround the top-of-line king-size bed. Bedroom is furnished with a lounge-couch nearby. Room also contains recessed lights, a clock radio and a telephone.

MASTER BATHROOM

180-square-foot master bath. White tile, and two-sink bathroom. Jaccuzi bathtub awaits you. Separate open-air shower with powerful showerheads. One can watch TV, listen to a water-resisted radio and CD player, or simply listen to the outdoor birds and frogs while soaking in the tub.

COMPUTER STATION:

Upstairs hallway is accented with Jazz feast paintings. The hallway leads to the computer station, which contains desk, computer, fax machine, phone, and monitor.

SECOND MASTER BEDROOM

This house comes with two master bedrooms. Vaulted windows surround this second master bedroom, and has a gas fireplace accented with a custom in-lay wood. Room has a desk, table, TV, clock radio, and stereo. You can walk into a beautiful hand painted bathroom. A mural overlooks the Jaccuzi bathtub. An open-air shower is located next to tub. This room known as the 'peach room" has a queen-size bed.

3rd BEDROOM:

This room is overlooks the backyard, which is surrounded by maple trees. Probably one of the most private rooms, as the room has it's own porch and stairs. This room known as the "teal room" contains a queen bed. Room has a sitting chair, clock radio, and a TV. The room also has its own bathroom that is lined with tile.

3rd BATHROOM

4th BEDROOM

This is the smallest of all the rooms with a full size bed. Known as the "purple room". This room is one of the darkest rooms, as the window overlooks the backyard, which is full of maples. Room contains a stereo, clock-radio, TV, and chair.

COTTAGE:

One can enjoy peace and quiet, as this separate cottage has a couch and sitting chairs. Windows look both to the backyard and side yard.

OUTDOORS:

Backyard has a large fire-pit to enjoy gatherings with family and friends (12 chairs provided).
On the deck is an outdoor gas fireplace directly funneled to the propane line.

SLEEPING ROOMS INCLUDE
Upstairs rooms have:

1 room with king bed with a couch nearby. Attached bathroom with tub and shower.
1 room with queen bed. Attached bathroom with tub and shower.
1 room with a queen bed. Attached bathroom with shower.
1 room with full size bed.

Downstairs:
Living room has queen sofabed.
Recreation room has a queen-size sofabed. Nearest bathroom with shower is located next to the kitchen.
