Fantastic location and unit with great views! 3 rooms offer great views of the intercoastal just steps away, and the ocean is across the street. Flagler Beach is a rare find in that it has protected its great Atlantic views (no shoulder to shoulder high rises here!) and Marina Bay is unique in Flagler with its fantastic location between the intercoastal on one side, and Atlantic on the other.

You have all the comforts of home! 2 BR/2 BA, pool. Lovely, newer unit has new furnishings and an inviting decor. Queen bed in the master, twins in the second bedroom, queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Dining room, well equipped kitchen, all linens, full size washer & dryer, parking near your door and a 1-car garage add to your convenience.

Even better, the unit is on the GROUND FLOOR. No stairs or elevator hassles, just easy access with groceries, coolers and suitcases, as well as easy access to a sunny outside PATIO (located just outside your screened lanai) and the boardwalk, docks and gazebo on the waterfront. Overall, a quiet, inviting location.

Area Description

Relax in Flagler Beach, one of the last little seaside Old-Florida towns. No buildings block your view of the Atlantic as you drive or stroll historic A1A. Enjoy 6 miles of uncrowded beaches, enjoyed by sunbathers, surfers and swimmers; fish from the beach, the town fishing pier, or the intercoastal; golf at any of the many PGA-class courses nearby; kayak, canoe, or bring your boat since we have a large boatslip available for rental; shop nearby outlet malls, or visit the many, many attractions within easy driving distance.

Daytona Beach and historic St. Augustine are approx. 30 mins. away; Orlando and its many attractions just 90 miles, and Marineland, Kennedy Space Center, Golf Village and more than a dozen State parks and various museums are all within an easy drive. Or stay close to home and enjoy many local restaurants, the Farmers' Market, watching
birds and dolphins on the intercoastal, and walking or biking on the long sidewalk running along A1A and the Atlantic. Flagler Beach is unhurried, uncrowded, friendly and clean, and one of the best kept secrets in Florida!
