Two-bedroom, two-bath unit in the upscale 9-story Nautilus condominium on the beach inside the resort area city limits on state route A1A at the Volusia County line. It overlooks the public nine-hole Ocean Palm golf course (presently closed)and the intra-coastal waterway. Second floor unit is completely furnished, including satellite (65 chanels) TV in bedrooms and living/dining room. All linens and other necessities, dishes and cookware furnished, including many non-perishable food items and condiments. Large bedrooms. Sleeps six. Master bedroom has king bed. Second bedroom has queen bed. Living/dining room has sleeper sofa. Located between two state parks. Close to all attractions in central Florida, including Disney World, Sea World, International Speedway, Marineland, St. Augustine, Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center. Pool and tennis court are located beachside. Secured, assigned parking and entrances. Newly equipped fitness room has television for viewing while you exercize. Flagler Beach is an older Florida resort town without the noise and traffic found elsewhere, and features many quaint restaurants and shopping opportunities, including a farmers market every Friday and Saturday on the square near the city fishing pier. Jogging, biking and scenic trails abound. Whale watching group in building seeks members. Fish the ocean, intra-coastal waterway or from the city pier. Condo is about 10 miles north of Ormond Beach and 10 miles south of Marineland,where you can swim with the dolphins. Lies just north of a three-mile-long state preserve and bird sanctuary on which no development is allowed. Adjacent on the north to a state park with picnicing, RV camping and a boat ramp. A 15-mile paved bike and walking path is adjacent the building along state route A1A. General Aviation airport is 5 miles away..Flagler County Airport, designation X47 on the charts.
