Flagler Beach is conveniently located halfway between St Augustine to the north and Daytona Beach to the south. A small, sleepy town with seven miles of uncrowded beach, sun and year round fishing. Daytona Beach Airport is about a 25 minute ride, I-95 is less than 10 minutes if you are driving.

This condo is one of the 4 units in the building occupying 2 floors right on famous A1A. It is oceanfront . You can hear it and you can smell it.As soon as you walk out of the patio door you will see the ocean.
I can assure you, 4 people will be most comfortable in this impeccably kept condo(cleanliness is priority #1)and condo offers all the necessary amenities for utmost comfort, washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker,large LCD TV, TV in master BR beautiful patio and a balcony where you enjoy the sunset and a cocktail. Even a fishing tackle if you like to fish, bait shop is minutes away and the beach is 30 sec. walk. If you want more, fishing pier is 18 blocks north.Once you arrive, you will have our phone #s, so you can call for whatever you may need or for more info.



$640.00 for 7 days. Includes taxes, cleaning, etc, no other charges. Rates are for non-event dates. Event days, such as Daytona Nascar, Bike weeks, other events and holidays rates will be slightly higher. When reserving a deposit of $150.00 is required. If you decide to cancel within last two weeks of travel date, this fee is not refundable.

ALL FEES AND FUNDS DUE IN ADVANCE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO TRAVEL DATE INCLUDING A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT IN THE AMOUNT OF $300.00. SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN TEN DAYS AFTER YOU CHECK OUT.If youYOU CAN BOOK EVEN MONTHS IN ADVANCE,IF YOU LIKE. DATES CAN BE RE-ARRANGED FOR ANOTHER AVAILABLE DATE. St. Augustine is about 40 min drive north on A1A.I fyou have not been there, you should, this town offers a lot.Beautiful historic town with charming houses and dozens of fine restaurants to choose from. Mill Top bar and restaurant is one of the favorites spots in town. You canlisten to live music all day and everyday while you are sipping your favorite drink.
