bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area, living room, front
porch facing ocean and 1 car garage, or take both units as a 4
bedroom, 4 bathroom home with 3 car garage, for a large family or
two families wishing to vacation together that can enjoy separate
living quarters. Also suited wonderfully for a family and In-laws
that can share the same oceanfront home while still maintaining
privacy when needed.

This beautifully maintained unit will sleep up to 10 and offers 2
large eat-in kitchens, sliders opening to the deck from the living
rooms, ocean view from master bedrooms, and parking for Bikes, cars
or boat.

Area Description

Flagler Beach is only 60 minutes from the Jacksonville Airport and
20 minutes from Daytona Beach. Only 5 miles from Interstate 95.

Make plans to enjoy surfing, surf fishing, shell and shark tooth
hunting and unlimited "relaxation." Great centralized location only
a bike ride away from Matanzas State Park with miles of hiking and
bike trails, a "real fort" and an impressive fishing area (no
license needed!).

Oceanfront restaurants, playgrounds, park, and tennis courts are
nearby and several marinas and boat ramps are only minutes away. The
famous historic district of Flagler Beach offers blocks of antique
shops, boutiques, restaurants, and Friday night entertainment.

boat access to the Intracoastal.
