By the Sea Vacation Rental is a two family home located around the corner and 1 block in from the beach in Flagler Beach, Florida.
Romantic By the Sea ground floor is our one bedroom villa on the 1st floor of this lovely 2 family home. Sleeps 2, non-smoking.

Rates based on our "7 Night Special" w/ Sunday arrival:
$595 to $1085 / week
Arrival on any other day - add $100
Pet fee: Add $100 on weekly reservation $200 on monthly reservation (Small, non-barking dog only)

Nov 22-Feb 6....................$693 week ....$1194 month (28 days)+ utilities

NOTE: If here the entire month of Feb - rate is $1595 + utilities
TERMS:
Weekly: Payable in full when reserved
Monthly: 50% when reserved - Balance due 2 weeks prior to expected arrival Cash or Certified Check only (Personal check accepted if more than 2 weeks from expected arrival.)
We will hold your reservation for 3 days w/in which time your payment MUST be received.
Absolutely NO SMOKING. We charge a carpet & drapery cleaning fee of $500 if we can detect cigarette or cigar smoke upon your departure.
Absolutely NO SPRING BREAKERS - you will loose your funds & be required to leave.
THE NIGHTLY RATE for this villa is $329-$450/night -2 nite minimum - no cleaning fee)
WEEKLY RATES are based on our 7 night "Special" w/ Sunday Arrival
MONTHLY RATES are based on 28 days w/ Sunday Arrival.
Utilities are additional on Monthly Rentals & will be deducted from your security deposit @ a rate of $85 for each 4 week period / pro-rated.
OTHER FEES:
*Arrivals on any day other than Sunday - $100 will be added
*7% Sales Tax plus 3% Bed Tax is added to all reservations.
*$85 Cleaning fee is added to all weekly & Monthly reservations (Covers 3 hours) $30 each additional hour.
*Fee for Cot "bedding & towels": $100
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
$600 security Deposit on weekly rentals - $1,000 for each 1 to 3 month rental. These monies will be refunded w/in 4 weeks of your departure less any fees due for additional cleaning / damage / utilities if you are on a monthly rental
CANCELLATION FEE:
2 WEEKS PRIOR TO your expected arrival - Fee is equal to 1 Night at the published regular nightly rate ($329 - $450) for each week you have reserved.
WITHIN 2 WEEKS - Fee is equal to 2 Nights at published regular nightly rate ($329-$450) for the unit reserved for each week you have reserved.
