This town home is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, fully furnished, spacious end unit with lots of light and vaulted ceilings perfect for a corporate or long term vacation rental in Flagstaff Arizona. The kitchen has just been remodeled tastefully with hickory cabinets, stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The master suite has a queen bed, one guest room has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. This town home has a charming patio and garden that opens in the back to a private natural greenbelt filled with pine trees and native plants. It is professionally decorated with comfort and style given to every detail. Complete with all linens, bedding, dishes and cooking utensils. A two car garage adds to the comfort. Area Information

Flagstaff, the island of respite from the dessert, is in the middle of the largest Ponderosa Pine forest in the world, in the northern portion of Arizona, close to Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, Grand Canyon National Park, the Colorado River, Glen Canyon,and many Native American ruins and sites. Flagstaff has a charming historic downtown with shops and restaurants to enjoy. Flagstaff is also the home of the Museum of Northern Arizona,and Lowell Observatory. Great hiking and mountain biking is available in the summer and fall and skiing and snowboarding take place at Snow Bowl in the winter.

Nice place - almost like home

This townhouse is perfect for four to six people. It is tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything you'll need for cooking and entertaining. Especially the kitchen. There was never an occasion that we could not find a utensil or 'gaget' that we needed! The location is a little close to the highway, but for the most part it wasn't an issue for us or our guests. It's only minutes to downtown and a bike ride to Country Club golf course area. The owners are very nice and very accommodating. I would highly recommend renting this unit or the sister unit two doors down.

Great place to enjoy the Cool Pines

Our month in a Flagstaff townhouse was an ideal change from the very hot weather in Tucson at this time of the year. Initially, we were concerned when we learned that this townhouse, like most in Flag, is not air conditioned, but we managed to stay comfortable with ceiling fans and open windows. The owners are friendly and competent and took care of our every need. We especially enjoyed the decor, which was of professional quality and includes many lovely prints and photographs. The appliances work well and the marble floor tiles and granite counter tops are easy-care.
