Our warm charming 3 bedroom house 3 full bath this house sleeps upto 10 people using 3 additional pull out sofa beds. Which will help for the larger family and friends gatherings, And two separate kitchen and dining. This four season rental house is located in 1235 main street of fleischmanns, A walking distance from Sam's Country store (trailway's bus stop) 1.2 miles away from belleayre ski center, 10 miles from platekill mountain and 20 miles from windam & hunter mountain,

Area Information

In the summer season rental you are walking distance from village tennies court. Pool. Tennies.Soccer and baseball field and 3 miles drive from pine hill lake for swimming and kayaking activities,

In the fall season are the perfect time to enjoy the catskill train rides and enjoy the beauty of the great sorrunding mountain.

Perfect Snowboard Getaway

We had a great time in this town house! It was so close to Belleayre Ski Resort, grocery stores and restaurants. The house was clean and very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

Fleismanns Town House

We had a fantastic time in the town house in Fleismanns. The house was newly painted and had some new appliances. Termostats in each room was a plus. We were able to keep one bedroom cooler than the others. Plenty of seating was convenient for the six adults we had there for the week. One of the kitchens also had enough room and chairs for all of us to have meals and talk to eachother. We were close enough to shopping to go and be right back to the family. We took day trips to beautiful sites and resturants and came back to sit and talk about our days seeing to mountains and shops. We will probably come back next year to be with family at the same place.
