Description of the Floral City vacation home rental

This is a unique home which is located on 5 acres of beautiful orange trees and wooded landscape. It is located in a rural, small town area, but convenient to shopping and entertainment in Inverness. It is 1-1/2 hrs. from Orlando/Disneyworld; 1 hr. from Tampa.

Area Description

The surrounding is quiet and low traffic. There is quite a variety of things to see, places to go, and good restaurants.
It offers a retreat to the natural beauty of the Naturecoast with fishing, boating, diving, snorkeling, kayaking, canoeing, and bird watching.
There is a beautiful, wooded bike riding/walking/skating trail nearby.

Deposits: 1 night deposit upon reservation for weekly rental. 1 week deposit upon reservation for monthly rental. 1 night deposit for weekend (min. 2 night rental). 1 month deposit for 2 or more months rental.
Other Fees: Pet fee $100.00 at time of reservation. Security deposit $100 refundable after checkout inspection extra bed fee $5 per nite per person over five people

WE STAYED IN THIS BEAUTIFUL HOUSE LOCATED ON 5 ACRES OF PROPERTY. THE OWNERS WERE VERY ACCOM0DATING. THE HOUSE WAS FILLED WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY THINK OF TO MAKE IT FEEL LIKE HOME. OUR DOGS LOVED RUNNING AROUND THE LARGE PROPERTY AND THE HOT TUB WAS A GREAT PLUS! WE WILL CERTAINLY STAY THERE AGAIN WHEN GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY. I RECOMMENDED IT TO ANYONE TRAVELING IN THE AREA.
