Description of the Florence vacation home rental
Tastefully decorated, our home features a breakfast nook area, dining area, living room with 42" plasma TV, a den with another 36" TV and a fabulous backyard for relaxing or enjoying a BBQ.
Other ammenities include:
- Community Center offering a state-of-the-art fitness center, group fitness studios, lap pool, Big Splash Waterpark, indoor gym, rock climbing wall, sand volleyball courts, outdoor tennis and basketball courts. Unlimited access with monthly stay. Less than one month, fee applies.
- Anthem Community Park, a 60-acre recreation area with an adventure playground, catch-and-release fishing lake, walking trails, and picnic areas.
- Enjoy resident rates (one month stay required)at Anthem's 18-hole championship Poston Butte golf course operated by Troon North.
- High Speed internet with WIFI and unlimited long distance to US and Canada.
Area Information
The neighborhood is in a perfect spot: away from the hustle and bustle of Phoenix traffic and congestion, but less than an hour drive to get to the shopping, theaters, and sports events. Within walking distance is a neighbourhood mall featuring Safeway, McDonalds, Starbucks, Banks and other great stores and restaurants.
Close to many great places to visit- Phoenix, Tucson, Tombstone, Canyon Lake, Tubac, and even Mexico for a simple day trip or even a few days.

Welcome Home

This was our first experience renting for a month, and we were very happy. The house is well appointed, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It has very nice linens, comfortable beds, lots of good soft towels, good cutlery and plates and pots and pans, just felt right. We did some entertaining, and everyone was surprised at the attractive table setting and comfort of the home, all provided by the owner. We are golfers and tennis players, and the owner registered us at the Recreation Centre, so everything was set up for us to enjoy upon arrival. My brother in law came to visit, and enjoyed cycling around the neighbourhood, bicycle was there for our use. The owner was excellent to work with, open and easy communication, genuinely wanting us to have a good experience, and we certainly did. Thank you... We are happy to recommend this rental spot.

We rented this home for Christmas and had a wonderful time, The home had everything a family could want. There was plenty of room and had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. We would recommend this getaway to anyone who wants a great holiday in the sun.
