The apartment SAN NICCOLÒ is situated on the ground-floor of an antique aristocratic building, the Pecori-Giraldi Palace, that dates back to the 16th century.
This lovely apartment has been recently restored in the full respect of the best Tuscan tradition: bricktile and parquet floors,raftered ceilings and large, thick walls characterise its interior. It is made up of a wide open space with a loft king-size bed, a spacious living-room furnished with convertible beds, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

Area Description

The apartment is located in the area of San Niccolò, one of the most characteristic areas of ancient Florence, beneath the hill where Piazzale Michelangelo lies. It is at a walking distance from Ponte Vecchio, Ponte alle Grazie, Santa Croce, and all the most important artistic and historical points of interest.

The apartment is spacious, well equipped, maintained and located in a very ideal part of Florence. There are small food markets,pharmacy and covenience stores within a few blocks walking . The apartment is very quiet with a beautiful terraced garden viewable from the apartment. We had a very nice experience with the agent and had no problems with the transaction or cleaning . The porter/house keeper is a delightful gentleman , very willing to assist you. This was a great experience at a reasonable cost for 5-6 persons. I recommend it highly.
