Description of the Florence vacation apartment rental
Pinti 1 and Pinti 2 are two apartments,on the top-floor (second european floor) of a very old building in an enchanted street of shops, lovely restaurants, and home to artisans and artists.
There is no elevator, but the climb is worth it.
The 54 steps bring you to a beautiful sunlit entrance to the flats.
PINTI 1:is quite spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
It is handsome decorated.
On the upper floor there is the master suite which is quite lovely and very charming with a bathroom ensuite,
a small mansard open space with a sofa bed and internet point.
The bedroom on the first floor is nice as well and is spacious too.
On the first floor, there is also a beautiful bathroom, a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.
PINTI 2: is quite spacious too. Has two double bedrooms, 1 complete bathroom with a wonderful shower and a guest bathroom(without shower)a fireplace
There is a mansard open space with two sofa-beds.
It is perfect for 4+2
The apartment has a small quiet terrace perfect to have breakfast outside.
It is possible to rent both apartments to accomodate 11 people.
Area Description
Relais Borgo Pinti is centrally located. The street is
partially closed to the traffic. It is near many wonderful restaurants, including Trattoria Accadi directly across the street.
It is 4 blocks east of the Duomo.
>The apartment's location is perfect to walk everywhere and still get away from the bustle when back at home.
