Vacation Rental Policies

- Check Out: 11 a.m.
- Required Stay: minimum 5 nights
- Lodging Tax: 10%
- Deposits: The reservation deposit is 200 euros.
At arrival it is requested a deposit of 150 euro for losses and damages that is refunded upon departure.
- Other Fees: The final cleaning for 4 people 80 euros
A baby cot can be provided upon request.
The rates are all inclusive except for air conditioning, calculated upon consumption, and the final cleaning.
The minimum rental stay is 5 nights.
In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior the date of arrival, 30% of the reservation deposit is reimbursed. If cancellation is less than 30 days before arrival, there is no reimburse.

What a wonderful apartment. You are truly apart of Florence when staying here. All the important sites are within easy walking distance. You have shops very close to the apartment and a number of great restuarants. Everything in the apartment is top quality. Plus, Alessandra is so helpful and caring. We definitely will be back.

Alessandra is the perfect hostess and her apartment is the perfect place from which to explore beautiful Florence. We loved every minute of our stay. We liked the apartment so much we did not hesitate to stay a second time! It is clean, warm and welcoming with a view that is priceless. Fitted with modern appliances that are in excellent working condition. Located in what appears to be a safe neighborhood with all the major sights within walking distance. Eveything you could possibly want is right here. Alessandra, the apartment manager is also a wonderful hostess and help.
