The wonderful villa with 2 apartments (8+4 beds) has a panoramic view of the valley of Florence, overlooking the valley and the village Carmignano.
The villa is situated on the top of the hill, has a fantastic swimming pool (6x12m), pergola and sitting place, barbecue.
The large apartment has on the ground floor a big entry, livingroom and diningroom, kitchen with all kind of utensils (dishwasher, microwave, oven), bathroom. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 single beds, big room in front with sofa (for 2), 2 bathrooms with shower.
