Description of the Florence vacation home rental

Sea Lion Surf is a fully furnished Three Bedroom, 1 bath, 1200 square foot beach view rental just 100 feet from the beach, in Florence Oregon! This is the quintessential beach house. It started it's life as a top of the line single wide circa 1965. Sometime in the 80's someone built a structure over the whole place, which doubled it's square footage, and made it extremely quiet. This gave it a spacious living room, 2 large bedrooms and a gorgeous glass sun porch. In the late 90's it received all new double paned vinyl windows, and in 2004 it was the recipient of all new carpet, paint and kitchen appliances.

This home has been comfortably decorated as a tropical paradise. With light and airy rattan & wicker, overstuffed cushions & down throw pillows you can truly unwind and relax. The living room and kitchen adjoin, so no one will miss what's going on.

The master bedroom, has a tropical paradise down comforter, and a wonderful sitting area that includes wicker chaise lounge, where you can sit and enjoy the sunny afternoon view. The small bedroom, has a full size bed with jungle motif, and the second bedroom with futon, has an abundance of sun and a great view, it is decorated in a sea shell motif.

The best part is the glassed in sun porch which is as big as the living room, but is it's own separate room. It seems most of our guests spend their time there. Watching the beach, and sunset, and enjoying the all day sun....

it was wonderful everything we needed was there and close to the beach it was so nice that when we arrived there were flowers on the kitchen table it was like being at home comfortable and would recommend it our friends and we will be back again thank u very much for sharing your home with us ed

The location is great and the house is surprisingly large and nicely furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing time and walked on the beach many times. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves, but that was because of the dense fog! Oh well, was still fun!

We really enjoyed this place, especially the sunporch area with a great view. My two boys (ages 12 and 14) really liked the easy access to the beach (across the street) since they wanted to play in the sand and hunt for shells all day. The place was roomy for three adults and two kids. Thanks, Maria

We actually stayed in Sandpiper, a Whaleswatch cottage in Florence, OR. The owner was wonderful! The sea was a bit of a walk, but it was wonderful to have 3 or four people in a house for the price of a motel room. It was decorated very cute. We enjoyed ourselves!
