NEW custom home, Hot Tub & Sauna

The house was a bit better than we expected. 4 of us senior guys hiking the beach and woods for a week. Comfortable and roomy and well equipped. Used hot tub and sauna and enjoyed it.

The place was new, full kitchen, linens provided, and had a fun & functional living & kitchen area so I could watch the girls while prepping food. The back yard was a great place to play, & it had nice decking and a fire pit for s'mores and those crisp autumn nights! We'd stay again in a heart-beat! The only reason it wasn't 5-stars was there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived :(

I loved the house its self, but I was disappointed in the fact that you really could not see the ocean from the house. Also on the drive behind the house by the kitchen of the house there were no blinds on the windows and there were people that drove up there and sat looking around and they could look right into the windows of the house. It made the girls feel very uncomfortable. I have rented a lot of houses and in this house you didn't have very many pans and the ones that you did have were dirty, the refrigerator was dirty in the pull out bends. Just little things but, things that do mean a lot. For a new home I was just a little disappointed.Also the hot tub was not clean, it had black dirt in it and we had to go and buy a skimmer and clean it before we could use it. The house in itself was very comfortable. We were however disappointed with the kitchen. One of the reasons we rented was so we would not have to go out for dinner all the time. However the BBQ was too dirty to cook on. The oven was also very dirty and the stove was grill/2 burner but 2 pans could hardly fit which made cooking a challenge. If you don't plan on cooking dinners here, then this house is great. One bedroom upstairs did not have any window covering which was uncomfortable because it woke us up very early. Overall, we had expected more for that price and the high security deposit.

THE HOUSE WAS WONDERFUL, VERY NEAT & CLEAN. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING THAT WE NEEDED.THE ONLY PROBLEM THERE WAS WAS THE BBQ. IT DIDN'T WORK

We enjoyed our stay. House was perfect for us, and could have accommodated more people easily. The only downside was turning around with our enclosed quad trailer, a little difficult but doable.

Great house for our family of seven adults! We have family that live in the Florence area so we were able to entertain them for several meals in the roomy kitchen and living room. Very nicely furnished. The hot tub wasn't working but everything else worked great.

The house was clean and stocked with everything that was listed. Hottub and sauna were fun. Super area to stay at. Lots of fun stuff to do! My Kids had such a great time. We will definitly stay here again!!

We rented this house for my sister's birthday, and were not disappointed. We walked in and were immediately impressed with how new and clean everything was. The hot tub and sauna were icing on the cake. What a great time we had here! The kids enjoyed the dorm-style 4-bed bedroom, and the adults enjoyed their privacy in the other two bedrooms. Everything was high quality and the beds were spacious and comfy. We would love to go back!
