The Vista Point Lakehouse on Siltcoos Lake is a fabulous craftsman-style home offering endless amenities for your perfect vacation experience. With it’s own private beach and dock, this incredible new lakefront property features photo perfect panoramic views of beautiful Siltcoos Lake and all of it’s surrounding wildlife. Vista Point is truly a resort-style property with 3650 sq. ft. of outstanding comfort and warmth. The instant you open the front door of this amazing home you’ll know your vacation will be filled with fun, relaxation and memories to cherish for years to come. From every room you’ll visually experience nature alive with water, trees, flowers and wildlife. On the homes expansive decks watch deer graze by the lake or catch a glimpse of an Osprey diving into the water for fish on a sunny afternoon. In the evening take in the moon as it reflects off the water below and view the stars as seen only through the oceans crystal clear skies.

Inside the custom home enjoy the 18 foot towering ceilings, wall-to-wall viewing windows, handmade wrought iron handrails and light fixtures, solid granite counter tops, big screen HD television, knotty alder woodworking and hand chiseled travertine floors. Kick back on the Italian leather sofa and view the giant Monkey Tree living just outside the window with the lake filtering through it’s unique branches in the background. No expense was spared creating this vacation hideaway. Even the seven foot master shower is crafted with imported marble and dual headed brushed bronzed fixtures.

The main level of the Vista Point Lakehouse has 1825 square feet of living area offering a full state of the art kitchen with seating for 10. There’s a huge great room, one and a half baths, laundry, master suite and a private deck with patio table, chairs and a barbeque. This level has sleeping accommodations for 4. The lower level is also 1825 square feet and has another state of the art kitchen with seating for 8, great room, laundry, large viewing deck with patio table and chairs and barbeque, full bath and 3 more bedrooms. Sleeping accommodations on this level is 9. Both levels have private entrances with a total combined sleeping accommodations for 13. Garage is not included.

In addition there’s plenty of parking for your boat, watercraft or ATVs. Included with your vacation are 2 Hobie Kayaks and a two person Canoe for your enjoyment on the lake. Watercraft’s are not available in the off season. Siltcoos is especially unique in that it is the largest fresh water lake on the Oregon Coast boasting 21 miles of incredible shoreline. Swim, water ski, sail, fish for trout and bass or just break out your favorite book and enjoy. For the ATV lovers, the Dunes are just a stone’s throw away.

Final Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 4 to 2 weeks of arrival will be refunded if vacation Home is re-rented! Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be refunded! Sorry! $50 fee applied for all cancellations!!
Change of vacation home or change of dates is considered a cancellation and fee does apply!!

The Vista Point Lake house is ideally located just 5 miles south of Florence on the peaceful western shores of Siltcoos Lake. It’s also just minutes to the ocean beaches so bring your quads, sand toys or hiking shoes and have a fantastic time at the beach. Also don’t forget to Visit Old Town Florence and explore the wonderful bistros, restaurants, galleries, and shops along Bay Street. Be sure and visit the world famous and most photographed Heceta Head Lighthouse as well as the Sea Lion Caves.
