Great Stay!!!!

We could not stay for an entire week which is what most of the beach house rentals require and did not want to stay in a hotel. This place offered a night by night basis and is dog friendly. It had a very comfortable bed, couch, and day bed on the porch. It also had plenty of chairs to sit in. The kitchen was nice and the bathroom was large. We will definatley be back to stay!!

We had a great time staying in this apartment for a week and a half. It truly is within walking distance of the beach and the downtown area with all the restaurants, shops, and bars... We walked everywhere. Also, if you're bringing pets, there is a great fenced-off area for them to go outside. Lastly, the owner was great to work with, very quick email responses. We would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with our stay. It was very clean and affordable and our pets loved it too. Mr. Jackson was a very pleasant person and I have referred this property to other family members as well. We will definitely be back again. It made our joyful weekend of celebrating a college graduation even better!

Great location and a wonderful beach retreat.... the owners, who live just behind, are a really nice couple and very helpful. We [me and my my dog :) ] stayed here for a month while relocating and looking for a permanent residence. Still have fond memories of this very cool little *beach cave*. It's small, compact and basic but a great place. In summary, a lovely couples beach retreat with a bohemian vibe. Terrific location for beach strolls and easy Folly beach/bar access....

No regrets on choosing this place over the only hotel on the beach! You will feel like you are really living on Folly Beach and not just a tourist. Great location that feels private, but is so close to the beach, shops, and restaurants! Never will stay anywhere else when visiting Folly!!!!

If you are looking to emerge yourself into the laid back culture of Folly Beach, SC...you do not want to stay in the 1 hotel on the island. You want to live like a local and be comfortable where you stay. This little hideaway is exactly that! We brought the dog and were tucked away in a fantastic apartment that was a walk away from beaches and bars. It was great John

This apartment was SOOOOOO much more than I ever expected, the place is WONDERFUL, really ;) It's cool, funky and eclectic. The beach is right there, you can even hear it from the apartment, WOW! I can't wait to go back.

If you like being close to everything, this is the place for you. 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to almost any restaurant on Center. Quiet neighborhood, home was very clean and had all amenities listed.

I stayed here for a month, I loved the location, you can hear the Ocean from the porch and walk to anywhere after a couple of drinks if ya know what I mean. All the neighbors are cool. Enchanting is the word that comes to mind when I reflect back on the time I spent there.

This location was a perfect place to stay. It is so close to the beach and downtown, we never used our car. The apartment was very nice. Roomy for two people, clean and cool. If we get the chance we will definitely stay again.

This place was very clean, convenient and affordable. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend to those who are on a budget but want to be close to the beach. My only complaint is that I was not told that I would be ticketed if I parked on the wrong side of the road and I received a $30 parking ticket.

Best Beach Vacation Ever

My mother, son and I stayed at this cozy apartment while attending a family reunion in Charleston. We also took our little pug (Bandit) with us. We loved the apartment and Bandit loved the nice shady fenced in back yard. It also has a microwave oven now and a multi channel cable TV. A short walk to the beach and what more could you ask for. We plan to go again next year and hope to stay a lot longer.

My husband and I took our 1 year Anniversary to Folly Beach, SC. This cozy basement apartment was the perfect place for us to relax and spend quality time together. The short walk to the beach and town center made it easy to get around without having to deal with traffic. The amenities were all you need for the beach. The only thing we missed was a microwave. We definitely recommend staying for such an affordable price. We will be back for our five year...
