Description of the Folly Beach vacation apartment rental

Basement apartment with private fenced in yard with gate and dog house. Shaded and secure. Day bed on screen porch, tiled floors, large shower, comfortable open floor plan, full kitchen, 4 blocks from town center, 4 blocks from ocean. Come on down and enjoy the salt air. This is a "Folly" kind of place. Please bring your low key and your open mind. You will either love it or not!

Corner lot only 4 blocks to the beach, 4 blocks from the town center and 1 block from tennis court, basketball and new kids playground. Folly Beach is a fun and festive place for the more laid back visitor. There are lots of bars/restaurants to choose from as well as the best surf in S.C., the second longest pier on the East Coast and the prestine marshland wilderness of the "LowCountry!"

We stayed here for a week and it was pure delight. We have no complaints and will for sure return. If you want a true Folly experience, this is the place for you.

I stayed here for a month, I loved the location, you can hear the Ocean from the porch and walk to anywhere after a couple of drinks if ya know what I mean. All the neighbors are cool. Enchanting is the word that comes to mind when I reflect back on the time I spent there.

This location was a perfect place to stay. It is so close to the beach and downtown, we never used our car. The apartment was very nice. Roomy for two people, clean and cool. If we get the chance we will definitely stay again.

This place was very clean, convenient and affordable. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend to those who are on a budget but want to be close to the beach. My only complaint is that I was not told that I would be ticketed if I parked on the wrong side of the road and I received a $30 parking ticket.

My mother, son and I stayed at this cozy apartment while attending a family reunion in Charleston. We also took our little pug (Bandit) with us. We loved the apartment and Bandit loved the nice shady fenced in back yard. It also has a microwave oven now and a multi channel cable TV. A short walk to the beach and what more could you ask for. We plan to go again next year and hope to stay a lot longer.

My husband and I took our 1 year Anniversary to Folly Beach, SC. This cozy basement apartment was the perfect place for us to relax and spend quality time together. The short walk to the beach and town center made it easy to get around without having to deal with traffic. The amenities were all you need for the beach. The only thing we missed was a microwave. We definitely recommend staying for such an affordable price. We will be back for our five year...
