This location was a perfect place to stay. It is so close to the beach and downtown, we never used our car. The apartment was very nice. Roomy for two people, clean and cool. If we get the chance we will definitely stay again.  more...

This place was very clean, convenient and affordable. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend to those who are on a budget but want to be close to the beach. My only complaint is that I was not told that I would be ticketed if I parked on the wrong side of the road and I received a $30 parking ticket.  more...

 

 Best Beach Vacation Ever, June 30, 2008

My mother, son and I stayed at this cozy apartment while attending a family reunion in Charleston. We also took our little pug (Bandit) with us. We loved the apartment and Bandit loved the nice shady fenced in back yard. It also has a microwave oven now and a multi channel cable TV. A short walk to the beach and what more could you ask for. We plan to go again next year and hope to stay a lot longer.  more...

My husband and I took our 1 year Anniversary to Folly Beach, SC. This cozy basement apartment was the perfect place for us to relax and spend quality time together. The short walk to the beach and town center made it easy to get around without having to deal with traffic. The amenities were all you need for the beach. The only thing we missed was a microwave.
