Description of the Folly Beach vacation condo rental

This property has a direct oceanfront view, it is very well maintained and has covered parking for two vehicles. It has a very large covered patio with a table and chairs. The folly pier sits on the left and lights up ocean at night giving you an ocean view at night. It is in the center of the town of Folly Beach so aslking distance to shops, pier and restaurants. It is a 15 minute drive to Charleston with all its sights and world class restaurants.

Wonderful Family Hangout!

This condo is in a perfect location, right on the beach, walking distance to downtown, restaurants and bands across the street. The accommodations were perfect for a large group or family. We used this retreat for a family wedding stay, and after the wedding friends came back to our place for a swim and hangout! The kitchen provided us with a perfect place to reserve our rehearsal dinner leftovers the next day. Lovely decorations and room decor, a true winner!

Our family travelled to Charleston for graduation and we were so lucky to have found this condo!! Spacious, comfortable and nice. The owner was very pleasant to work with and our stay could not have been easier or better. The location is definitely the highlight of this property!! The beach in front is great! The pier right there is great (fishing and Friday music)! The center street of Folly (a block away) is great for restaurants, bars, music and gift shops! The condo seemed quite secure and the maintenance staff kept the common areas very neat and clean! The pools were a little cold in May but that didn't stop our 8 year olds from enjoying them when they tired of the surf! We would love to come back again! Thank You Joanne!

An AWESOME week at Folly Beach

The condo we stayed in was great. Right on the beach and lots of chairs on the balcony to sit and was the sunrise or sunset. It was everything they advertised and within walking distance of the main street. The AC went out one night and the owner had someone out there to fix it by 10 the next morning. No problem. Our whole family was there and we are already making plans to reserve a week for next summer.

Very nice accomadations. Each bedroom has its own bath which was a big plus. Being right on the beach was wonderful. Villa was not as clean as i had expected upon arrival. Also, pool should have rules as one family played football for two days making it impossible for others to swim.

Condo is well located and has a bathroom for each bedroom. The decorations are nice including the 4 foot lighted dolphin in the back bedroom. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Folly Beach. The condo was well equipped with bed linens, towels, beach towels, dishwashing detergent, hand soap, etc which was fantastic as it was 1 less thing to pack or worry about having to buy when we got there. It is also located directly on the beach with great views, a short walk to the pier and downtown Folly. The only downside was no bar-b-que.

The condo was spacious (especially the master bedroom), clean and homey. We loved the size of the balcony (twice as big as the unit we stayed in last year.) The owner was great to work with and called to make sure everything was ok when we arrived. We are looking forward to another visit next year.

The condo couldn't have been more perfect. The condo was very roomy and clean, and we were only 10 min from Charleston. Lots to do and a fabulous beach!! I will definately be back :)
