Description of the Folly Beach vacation home rental

Clean, darling 4 bedroom beach house located direcly on the ocean beach sands in Folly Beach at 1675 E. Ashley Avenue.

House was completely remodeled in 2011; 4 bedrooms (3 queen beds, 2 twin beds), 2 bathrooms, living/dining room; new kitchen. Fully furnished with all appliances; stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, clothes dryer, blender, toaster, coffee maker and all related cooking accessories. House is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and freshly laundered bed & bath linens are provided.

The 2013 rates are as follows:

Aug 31- Sept 7 weekly rate: $1,795.

Sept 18 - Nov 2; weekly rate: $1,595

Nov 2 - Dec 20 weekly rate: $1,395

Christmas week or New Years week; $1795 per week.

All rates include tax, cleaning and linens; Plus, a $400 security deposit is also required for each rental.

Area Information

Folly Beach is a quaint beach town, with a number of local restaurants and shops. It is 30 minutes to Charleston Airport and downtown Charleston, with its many antique shops and antibellum homes and historic sitees.

Family Time at Folly Beach

Had a great time with my family. The house was big enough for us (12) and really close to the ocean. The owner or real estate broker , Beth Mullen was very helpful and friendly. Would love to rent the house again.

Exceeded my expectations!

We had a simply AWESOME time at Love N Life! I HIGHLY recommend this property! The amenities are outstanding! We didn't want for ANY kitchen item, any bathroom item, even a first aid kit, a tremendous amount of towels and washrags (which I was worried about from the rental agreement when it said 2 towels and washrags per person.) We are already starting to plan next years vacation here again! I was clearly not expecting the chairs for the beach, the boogie boards as well as all the incidentals things such as shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, etc. I know that other vacationers left them there for the next person to use, we left some things too! The spices, condiments...oh that is just to name a few things! The only issue we had was resolved when we couldn't get the grill to come up to heat, I called the property agency not expecting anything and they came out and were unable to get it fixed so they brought us a camping grill! It worked perfectly! Everyone we came into contact with at Avocet was super friendly and willing to do what they could! That's CUSTOMER SERVICE and I should know as I've been in that business for 19 years! We loved this house and look forward to staying again and making it a tradition hopefully! it was our first "real" vacation ever for our family! OH and the baby items there...OUTSTANDING! We were worried about where my 8 month old grandbaby was going to sleep...worry no more...there was a pack n play, a Johnny jump up, an exersaucer and many other "baby" type things....that was just the icing on the cake! Thank you for the perfect vacation!
