"It's A Shore Thing" offers two expansive porches. View the waves breaking off the front porch, or enjoy the seclusion of grilling in privacy off of the back. Ample off street parking, along with a park under breezeway.

Quite residential area. House is within walking distance from downtown Folly, where you can find great restaurants, shopping, fishing, boating, biking, golf. Folly beach is the closest beach to downtown Charleston of all the barrier islands. 9 miles and your downtown Charleston with the museums, history, restaurants, shopping galore!

Some of the greatest surfing on the east coast can be found at Folly Beach's "washout". Awesome new Pier with great fishing. Beautiful 7 mile beach.

We had wonderful weather and the house was quite adequate I have a few sugestions for the owner that I will email to them. We were close to the beach and were able to enjoy it for two days. There was plenty of room for a family.

I loved the classic look of this beach house. Yes, it was old but it had so much character. My only complaint would be that the yard could your some landscaping, but other than that I plan on staying again in December.

Great house, very close to the beach

Our stay was great. House is very nice, the pictures do not do it justice. Our kids enjoyed playing the board games each evening after the beach. A small vacuum would be helpful to clean up loose sand from the beach. Cant wait to come back!!

Right on the Beach

This house is a half of block from the beach. Access was easy and the beach was quiet, relaxing. The town of Folly reminds me of what Florida used to be, non-commercial and away from it all with the convenience of Charleston 15 minutes away. The house itself could use a little updating, but too much updating and it would be beyond an affordable vacation for my family. The owners were easy to communicate with, responsive and attentive to our needs.
