Villa on the hill in Castellonorato di FORMIA---LAZIO ITALY This sunny villa watches on both Gulfs: Gaeta on the right and Naples, far, on the left.The villa has a 3000 sqm garden with olive and fig trees and a private swimmingpool.
On the grownd floor there is a wide livingroom, bathroom and the kitchen fully equipped.
A stair leads to the first floor where there are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two terraces with a beautiful panorama on the sea.
The house is carefully furnished with all kind of comforts. A maid is included twice a week and the gardener take care of the swimmingpool too. On request a cook can be planned. The owner will be glad to suggest you itinerary,restaurants and good shops to let your stay be unforgettable.

Castellonorato is a small village, the last on the side of that mountain chain in direction Naples. It is a suburb of Formia town in the Gaeta's Gulf. The Gaeta's Gulf is surrounded by a mountains' chain - up to 1.300 m. high - which give to the whole territory an extreme mild microclimate in all seasons, very similar to the one of Sanremo and Capri. Formia and the Gulf of Gaeta is a very famous place for windsurfing, thanks to its particular weather conditions, Windy in the afternoon, with a calm Sea.
