Its 4 bedrooms all have adjoining bathrooms and magnificent views of the mountains and skyline, with incredible sunrises and sunsets daily.

All of the 6 bathrooms are finished in natural stone of marble and travertine. This is perfect living with a separate and private studio with it's own additional bath. With the professional landscaping and multiple decks and patios, the great outdoors is just waiting to be relished.

On over 5 acres of property, horses are a natural. There are year around biking trails and biking festivals, 5 golf courses within 5 minutes, hiking in the mountains or along the river banks, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, downhill skiing within1 hour 15 min. There is always plenty to do and see. This is a nature lovers paradise!!

Then there's downtown. It is so magical, Walt Disney patterned Main Street in Disneyland after the enchanting and charming shops of main street in Fort Collins. There are more restaurants in Fort Collins per capita than any other city in Colorado. With a full time symphony orchestra and 6 live Theatre Companies, there is an abundance of cultural activities to choose from at any given moment. There are also 6 award winning craft breweries in town to choose from and the home of Colorado State University, the largest University in Colorado.
