As the other reviews mentioned, apartment is in a great quiet location, very close to the beach, grocery stores, own parking, some night life and very clean. The gas grill was a plus with shared patio seating with the three other apartments. The wireless internet was fast and much appreciated. Would strongly recommend to others looking for a rental.

We stay 1 week in this house without any problem. The owner is a wonderful person, we suggest to go in her apartment. The house is very near to the beach and to the commercial center. We hope to come there very soon!!!!!

Great location near beach, restaurants, and grocery stores, plus a playground that our daughter loved. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is a great choice if you're vacationing in the area. Apartment was comfy and quiet. High-speed internet access a plus, too! I can't go on vacation anymore without the Internet to look up directions and reviews! I have stayed in other condo rentals where the owners/other guests have left a small selection of books/videos/toys/etc. None of that here, so bring your own entertainment. Still a good location at a good price.
