We enjoyed our stay in February/March. 2012. and would like to repeat it next year. We were delighted with the proximity to the Ft. Lauderdale beach and the different attractions on Las Olas Blvd. The mattress needs to be upgraded or a boxframe added. The parking needs to be sorted out and assigned individual tags to be displayed

The unit was very clean and stylish..with all the accomodations we needed. Great close location to all, yet very quiet. Bed was comfortable...but the hide-a-bed could use a new mattress. Would definately stay there again. :)

The apartment was clean and we enjoyed the location, We did have a serious problem communicating with the owner/managers that resulted in one of our party forced to stay in a hotel because the owner changed the lock and failed to tell us how to work the new lock.

Great location, clean and reasonably priced. A number of minor issues prevent me from giving a 5 star rating (only 1 key/assigned parking not always honored/insufficient balcony furniture/pool not sufficiently heated/ no TV guide) Despite the above issues the overall experience was positive and we would consider renting the property in the future.

The condo was clean and well maintained. Price was reasonable and it was a great location. I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to Fort Lauderdale and if I go again I would definitely stay at the same location.

Nice location, lots of space!

Close to Everglades port & international airport. The apartment is huge with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths, enormous living room ,dining & kitchen. Bedrooms are well furnished including linens. (but no soap & only 1 toilet paper) Not clear on change of linens frequency... Living area is rather bare with only sofa set and small dining table/4 skimpy chairs. No end tables or lamps so you could not get low lighting at night. Kitchen has bare essentials with cheap cutlery. Damaged drawer. Only very small frying pan available. Living room A/C not working. Met the owner on 5th night only to collect balance of payment so no info was made available at beginning of our stay. It is a good place for 2 couples or couple with kids. Make sure to bring own everything for the cooking: salt/pepper,sugar,etc, & hand towels. Only coffee filters provided. No scrubies for cleaning pots & pans Very quiet place; would recommend no problems.

An excellent place. We loved it! All the amenities of home plus great views, less than 1 mile from the gorgeous Ft. Lauderdale beaches, only a 10 minute walk to great restaurants and shopping and less than 15 minutes from the Ft. Lauderdale Airport. We actually saw manatees!!

Incredible Property

This is an incredible property. The condo was larger than we expected, clean and bright with two large bedrooms. It was completely renovated and modern. The other tenants were very friendly, some having been there long term. The views are breathtaking of the intercoastal and the yachts. The pool was a perfect size, always clean and warm. There is free laundry facilities on site. The ease of booking and friendliness of the staff was a bonus. We would definitely stay here in the future and recommend the property to our friends and family. The location is close to the downtown core, the beach and major highways. This was an incredible find. We already have our name in for Christmas with other family members and waiting for an opening. Definitely recommend it to singles, couples and families as there is something for everyone.

We stayed over Thankgiving week. The apartment was new and modern. The furniture was sparse and it didn't feel as homey because of that. Not sure if folks usually stay longer and bring things in to make it warmer and cozier. But, everything was clean and bright and the location was great! The pool was my favorite with a super warm temp up to high 80's. I would stay again but, would bring more with us.

We stayed here for 3 weeks i june and july, and everything was as described on the internet and more. Location is perfect both for singles and familys. And the appartments are new and furnished beautyfully. The only negative thing is that there wewe missing many utilities in the appartment we rented. So we hope they would replace whats missing according to the list on internet. But we will definately stay here the next time we visit Florida And we also got to know som of the oter tennants and had a lovely and fun time with them.

I stayed for 5 nights and this place was perfect. The price was great along with the location. Plenty of room for all of us in the condo. All the other tenants were so nice out by the pool. We all woul stay here again.

WOW! This place blew away my expectations! We stayed in a 2 bedroom on the ground floor right by the pool. The apartment was brand new,everything was well done,and the location was outstanding!We needed a couple of things like pillows and a broom, and the owner arranged for them to be delivered to us within 30 minutes!I would definately recommend this to anyone and I've already recommended it to some friends!

Stayed for 1 week. Excellent water front location on isle along Las Olas. The bedroom and shower are small, and a couple of lamps would help, also cutlery and cooking utensils are subpar. But units are finely appointed with leather, plasma tv/dvd, stainless steel, marble flooring, and owner is graciously available, albeit not needed given brand new building. Will be back, HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.
