Great Location!!!

The main selling point of 1 Isle of Venice is location. As a couple that enjoys going out for dinner and cocktails, walking the beach and shopping, the location of this condo is perfect. Fifteen minutes to the Las Olas dining and shopping district or a twenty minute walk to the beach. The condo itself is spacious and fairly well maintained. It is by no means the "new" building it advertises itself as in the ad. If you are booking for more than a week, here are some things you should know. You are responsible for doing your own cleaning and laundry. You get one set of sheets and towels, there are no pool towels so you need to bring your own. There are laundry facilities by the pool. Also, the sheets were very old. I asked the maid for a better set and she did give me a brand new set in the package. The biggest complaint is the parking. Each suite has a designated spot, but people park where ever they like and the parking is not monitored. I don't know why they don't give a tag to hang in the windshield with the suite number on it and if you are parked in someone's spot you can be towed. The spots are also taken by contractors working on the boats in the canal during the day so you never know if you are going to get a spot or not especially when you come home late at night. EVERY guest we spoke with had complaints about parking!! . The suite itself is fairly well stocked but we had no kitchen t-towels or dish cloths. There is a dishwasher but as there were only two of us we never used it. You are responsible for dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, bathroom cleaner etc. so plan on doing a shop when you get there. The WiFi is also a problem. It is very unpredictable. Some days you get it and some days you don't. The pool was heated and pretty clean. The pool chairs were in very poor condition. The backs were broken and had to be put against the wall or the fence to keep them upright. The property manager was around most days and was fairly easy to reach. All in all the location of this condo is perfect, and dispite the issues I have mentioned in this review, we would have no problem going back.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this propery. The view of the harbor water enhanced the comfort of our stay, which is a bonus to the very spacious and comfortable accommodations. We will consider this property again when we next travel to South Florida.

Property very clean. View was breathtaking. Location 5 minute walk to beach or downtown Las Olas Blvd. Owners were always available. No issues with parking. Felt like home. Pool was heated and clean and lots of room for all vacationers. We will go back.

Very nice environment, nice beach, quiet penhouse condo. People very polite. The view is spectacular. The furniture could be more confortable and the appartment would need renovation ( curtains,couch,chairs etc).The thermostat of the A/C was not working.

Well located and close to every facilities. The beds are very unconfortable and should be replaced, 2 doubled beds in the master room and 2 single beds in the other room with a good mattress. Appliances are functional and air conditionning work well.

Close to beach and restaurants, easy walking distance or use the 50cent trolley bus that comes by the door. Very comfortable appartment and very nice setting by the heated pool. Free WIFI and access to washer dryer. We would go back in a minute. Easy going and accomodating owner

this was a 2 bedroom condo on the 2nd floor of a courtyard type building with about 6 condos all together. the unit was attractively decorated and well supplied. the beach is 9/10s of a mile east and all the lass olas restaurants and about 1/2 mile east. there is a bus that costs a dollar to go either way. its close to a 95 exit if you're driving. cheryl the owner is very accomadating. thanks cheryl

The property was as beautiful and clean in person as it is in the pictures. We were in town for my graduation from school, and my family had plenty to do, whether it was walking to the shoppes of Las Olas, the beach or hanging out at the beautiful pool. We were amazed with the amenities, full service kitchen, and friendliness of the staff and other renters/tenants staying on the property. We were always stocked with towels and other necessities. We do not have any complaints!

Great Condo Property!!

My wife, baby and I enjoyed the property immensely. The ammenities in the condo were all brand new and the kitchen and bathrooms had very nice fixtures. The staff and owners went out of their way to cater to our needs and to make us as comfortable as possible. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to the beach and to the shops and restaurats on Las Olas Blvd. My only suggestion to the owners would be to ensure that the elevator is always properly running. Otherwise we would highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay!

Very clean, everything was new - we may have been the first group in our apartment. Pull-out couch was actually comfortable, no bar poking me in the back. Loved the palm filled open atrium and being able to look out of the kitchen window at it and the sparkling pool. We are already planning to book again for next year - all we need are the dates! Good location and Yury is a nice guy to work with.

Awesome Place to stay

Where you stay greatly influences the quality of your vacation. Spring Break for us is usually enjoying the sun and hearing some music. This place was within walking distance of the best beach and the best shopping restaurants and entertainment (music) in the state. I have been coming to Florida for over 35 years and this is one of the best places I have stayed. The owner "Yury" and Audra (rental agent) did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable and as nice as possible. The condos are modern, well appointed and brand new. The price was very reasonable for what we received. I would say with all things considered (location and appointments) this condo was a exceptionally good deal. Just one thing to consider: The pool was not heated when we stayed in March 08, although they plan to add a heater.
