Description of the Fort Lauderdale vacation apartment rental

Spotlessly clean. Ground Floor.Parking for two vehicles directly outside front door. Living room and kitchen are in one. Kitchen is along one wall with full refridge, oven and many appliances. Full bath. Bedroom has a queen size bed, good closet space.There is a queen size, fold down, Futon in the living room for an extra guest. Central A/C,
TV with Netflix DVD. WiFi Internet. Everything is provided.
All bed linens, towels, kitchenware etc. Just bring your toothbrush! Private walkway to a Tropical, beautiful garden and swimming pool plus barbeque available to guests. Smoking is allowed on the front porch and garden

Area Information

Situated on a quiet one way residential street, nearby shopping is walking distance from the apartment.
Beautiful downtwown Las Olas Blvd is 15 mins away by car to the famous River Walk where they have food and art festivals. You can walk around and enjoy the ambiance. The Broward Center for the Performing Arts is located here with constantly changing venues. You can enjoy breakfast, brunches with live music on Sundays.There is always something new going on in this fun area.Great restaurants and pubs and all sorts of entertainment.
There is a nearby gigantic Swap Shop Center Bazaar on Sunrise Blvd where anything can be bought at good prices from groceries,flowers electronics, clothes, jewelery, you name it, practically anything.
The beach is only 12 mins away and Fort Lauderdale Airport is 15 mins away.The ramp to Interstate I.95
Is minutes from the apartment.
There are also many large shopping malls less than 20-30 mins.away.
For Golfers Many excellent and reasonable greens and facilities.

A GREAT VACATION !!

April 8, 2013

Very clean comfortable and relaxing studio. Everything you need is provided. We were there for 6 weeks and the time just flew by. The pool area is like a little piece of Hawaii. Close to beach and many restaurants. Nice neighborhood. The owners Robert and Rosemary live on the property and are very helpful while at the same time respecting your privacy. We hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful time during our stay here. The apt was very clean and the owners, who live on the property were very accomadating. They were helpful in sugertin g resturants and things to do. We enjoyed the pool/garden area in the back. Definately would go back.

Our time there has been wonderful!. Me and my girlfriend stayed 2 weeks and if you need a home away from home that's the right place! You don't need to worry about anything cause most of the thing you have at home are already in there. I had a terrific experience staying here. Robert and Rosemary are great hosts. The apartment has everything you need (just bring your toothbrush!). It is in a great location (walking distance to Publix market, and hopping distance to the Interstate, and a great 24 hr Diner only a block away). Next time, I'll use the pool as well :)

This small apartment had all the necessary amenities. I stayed for 2 weeks because I went for medical treatment in Miami.The apartment is well located (near I95, supermarkets, restaurants, the beach, etc)Rosemary and Robert are perfect hosts, very respectful of my privacy and attentive to my needs. This little apartment was perfect, clean, close to transit routes, grocery store and lots of dining. The back yard is well kept and spacious with a nice pool. The owners are fantastic, very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be going back.

The apartment is comfortable, quite and homely. When we arrived everything was perfectly clean and prepared. It is located near shops, supermarkets, beach, golf courses. The property is indeed spotless clean, well organized, all the amenities are accurately described, apartment is very cosy, quiet and comfortable. The owners are lovely people, extremely helpful and welcoming.They made our stay an exquisitely pleasurable experience and I have no hesitation on warmly recommend them. The area is very well served by supermarkets and shops, safe neighbourhood and easy access. We will definitely rent again this property in the future.
