Each apartment accommodate up to four guests. Ours two suite comes with full kitchen and bath. Each suite accommodate up to four guests. The suites can be used combined to accommodate up to 8 guests. Reserve a head and we can accommodate up to twenty guests.
All rooms come with free unlimited Internet access and unlimited calling in the U.S. and Canada.

Just two minutes walk to the beach, fishing pier, diving/snorkeling, fine dinning, shops. A Short walk to the City park, tennis court, basket ball and soccer field, banks and major business. Only four minutes drive to the mall and movie theaters and fifteen minutes drive to the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport.
We can accommodate up to twenty guests.

Majestica By The Sea located in the tranquil city of Lauderdale By The Sea that attracts visitors from all over the world. The unit itself was very nice.. a bit small, wouldn't want more than 2 pp as there would be no bathroom counter space etc. but nice view, beds/sofas very comfy, and there was fridge, coffee maker, iron etc. we opened the windows all around for fresh breeze and watched the sunset and the night sky... The hotel itself i would have to say was not great... good location, we could walk to numerous restaurants, bars, groceries, etc. but the walls were very thin and we heard doors slamming all the time, and there is a lounge on weekends downstairs blaring music til 3 a.m. so Crank up the A/C if ya wanna get any sleep (it does drown out the sound !!!!) The pool was nice, but the area around it was small and kind of crowded, you couldn't take any chairs or food/drink of your own there or on the beach, they want you to buy all their over-priced stuff... but beach was gorgeous, we just walked further down away from the crowd. You def. don't need a car unless you are too lazy to walk :) the coffee/bagel stand in lobby was great ! delicious and affordable for light breakfast with bagels, hot sandwiches or pastries. Overall, it was a nice unit, and owner was very generous with late checkout as nobody was coming in the next day... could use some more wall hooks for wet towels, dish towels, etc. but would probably recommend it.

place was clean & close to everything as promised.we didnt even need a car.very quiet at night just far enough a way from the clubs.close to walgreens,free peligan bus if needed a grocery store.nothing fancy but very reasonable. the owners were just a call away if needed something& very polite
