The room was very comfortable, with a good bed, good lighting, and a great view over the water. The screened lanai was well appointed, and ideal for outdoor living and dining, and watching TV in the evening. The kitchen area and facilities were adequate, but very limited. The outdoor area was excellent, with private dock on the water. The hosts could not have been more friendly and accommodating, and went the extra mile to make us feel like welcome guests. We felt we had excellent value.

This Rental is Gorgeous and comes with great ammenities. The lake front view and location is beautiful, we had the chance to take out the kayaks on the lake which was a great expereience. The unit is very clean, and very well taken care of. Outside sitting area is great for evening time relaxation, and its netted in so no worries about bugs. We are hoping to stay there again when in Florida in the future.

We spent four days after a recent cruise at this studio apartment, and enjoyed it very much. Joanne and Lynda were so friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. The studio is exactly as shown in the pictures .. a beautiful view, very clean and comfortable, and centrally located to seeing the sights. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great location, great views, and overall great value! We hope to return some day.

Travelling from Switzerland to Florida with our 2.5 years old son we found this stunning place. We were so warmly welcomed by Joanne and Linda that we felt like home. The studio is wonderful, clean and with a beautiful view of the lake. It is equipped with all you need for cooking as well as a barbecue grill which we used a lot. Linda and Joanne, the owners, suprised us with a childrens pool and toys to play with for our son. Nice sun sets and turtels, fish passing by...Furhtermore it's a save and very tranquil residential area, close to the beach and main attractions. Linda and Joanne gave us a good introduction to places to see and excellent restaurants, sightseeing tours best beaches etc. We loved it so much that we prolonged our stay and spent total of 3 weeks in that stunning place. Thanks Joanne and Linda for that lovely and unforgettable experience. We will be back next Winter.
Once again, thank you both SO much for everything. We really enjoyed our stay in Fort Lauderdale, in your little piece or paradise, and were both hoping that we would be "stuck" there another day! As it is, we do have to return to life as we know it tomorrow, lol !!
