Description of the Fort Lauderdale vacation apartment rental

This is a newly converted apartment for Vacation Rental.
It is situated pool side and has it's own private patio. Spotlessly clean, ground floor, parking for two directly outside the front door. Living room and kitchen are in one. Kitchen is along one wall with full refridge and oven and many appliances.Bathroom has a shower unit.The bedroom has a queen size bed and extra large closet space. There is a queen size Futon in the living room for an extra guest. Cental A/C and window A/C. TV with Netfilx and wireless internet connection. All bed linens, towels, kitchenware are provided. Just bring your toothbrush. Beautiful tropical garden and swimming pool plus barbeque available to guests.
Smoking is allowed on the patio and garden.

Area Information

Quiet one way street, nearby shopping is walking distance from the apartment, Beautiful down town Las Olas is 15 mins away by car to the famous River Walk where they have food and art festivals often.You an walk around and enjoy the ambiance. The Broward Center for the Performing Arts is located here with constantly changing venues. You can enjoy breakfast brunches with live music on Sundays, There is always something new going on in this smart, fun area. Great shops,restaurants and pubs and all sorts of entertainment.
There is a nearby Gigantic Swap Shop Bazaar on Sunrise Blvd. where anything can be bought at good prices from groceries, flowers electronics, clothes, jewelery, you name it, practically anything.Also they have fun rides for children.
The beach is only 12 mins away by car or bus, Fort Lauderdale airport is 15 mins away. The ramp to I.95 is minutes from the apartment.
There are also many large shopping malls less than 20-30 mins away.
For Golfers many excellent greens available at reasonable prices.

Other Fees: A $50.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit. There are no additional fees.

I highly recommend staying at this place! Rosemary and Robert make it feel like home instead of just renting a place. Very quaint and cozy place! Basically it's like your the only one there, better then staying at a hotel or bed and breakfast! I will definately return!

This place is the place to go if you are looking to go on vacation and relax or if you are there for business. It is completely private and the hosts (Robert and Rosemary) are fabulous! They are more than willing to help you out with any request and make you feel as if you are at home. There is nothing that they won't do for you. We regret that we didn't leave time to share a dinner with them. The apartment is clean and cozy and has all the amenities of home. It is also minutes away from most activities and we rarely had to get on the highway. I would recommend Robert and Rosemary's place to anyone! And hopefully we will be back to visit in the future!

You'll never find better hosts than Rosemary & Robert. They want to do all they can do to make your stay perfect. Close to the beach, the mall, the airport. They recommend wonderful places to eat. If/when my travel takes me to Fort Lauderdale again, I will stay there again. Marvin

We stayed in Robert & Rosemary's lovely studio apartment for 10 days and it felt like home! It was immaculate upon arrival and it had EVERYTHING you could need, whether your stay is a few days or a few weeks. The apartment is somewhat small but that just adds to its coziness and it's ideally located (right next to the pool with a private outdoor eating area). Robert & Rosemary made us feel like family; they are truly wonderful hosts! We definitely plan to stay there on our next trip to Florida.
