Description of the Fort Lauderdale vacation apartment rental

This is a single family home divided into 2 units. The units are basic without many upgrades, but they are very clean and comfortable in a great neighborhood. The property has two private and separate entrances. Rear unit offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Front unit features 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Both units share the rear of the property and each offering private access. Rear yard offers swimming pool, dock. , deck, beautiful canal views, gas grill, covered patio area with a table and seating 8 guests , intimate bistro tables at canal –perfect for 2 guests , palm trees and the dock is beautifully lighted on sunsets . Why would you stay in a small hotel’s room & share the outside amenities with 20 other hotel guests? My guests have a comfortable, clean unit and located in a great neighborhood. My unit’s rates are often 40% less than comfortable hotels and/or other websites. We love well maintained and mannered pets. Even I have a chocolate cocker spaniel …by the name “Hershey “she’s so cute.## The HOT TUB IS NOT WORKING AT THE MOMENT. THE PARTS ARE ON ORDER.

great place for the price

We rented the front apartment for 3days before going on a cruise. The place is nice but needs a little tlc. When we checked in there were some lights out and a few things needed to be cleaned but one email to Stu (the owner) and things were fixed within a couple of hours. The pool and patio out back is wonderful and the neighbors very friendly. If you are looking for a reasonably priced place, that isn't the Hilton, but clean and comfortable this is the place for you. There were 4 of us and we had enough room to spread out and have our own space. I would definitely recommend this for a family or a group of friends looking for a place to get away.

Excellent, well-priced, nice community

St. Augustine is a phenomenal location to visit. The surrounding area is very friendly, historical, and fun for all ages. I am a college graduate student. It is not a "party town," thankfully, but there was an adequate night life at certain bars if that's what you are looking for. The area had great tourist attractions that provided for something to do at all times. The condo is situated very close to all attractions, restaurants, supermarkets, and any other place of interest. We even visited Disney World in Orlando, which was only an hour and a half drive away. The pool and beach were beautiful, clean, and very close to the condo . They were both a simple 5-minute walk from the condo. The pool and beach entrance are located inside of the condo community so you don't have to walk out on a street or anything like that. Every resident from the condo community was kind and helpful if we had a quick question or just wanted to have a small chat. The condo's description is absolutely accurate. The condo was very comfortable and provided for a fun and accommodating living experience. Beds were very comfortable and the pull out couch was very convenient. Kitchen was well-maintained and contained nearly new and well-functioning appliances. The condo provided any and all appliances, utensils, and conveniences that we could have possibly needed. The washer and dryer worked well also. The property owner is incredibly helpful and prompt in answering questions and confirming plans and payment for the condo stay. It was pleasant working with such a professional and caring owner. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family. When possible, we would love to come back to St. Augustine and use the same condo arrangement. We enjoyed seeing the light house, the Castillo de San Marcos (popular Spanish fort), having dinner at the piano lounge "Rhett's," tasting/buying chocolate at Whetstone Chocolates, doing a wine tasting at San Sebastian Winery, and walking through all of the fun shops in downtown St. Augustine. We did many other things, but those were definitely the highlights!

Best vacation ever

I stay at this property in dania. It was a great experience. the house very neat. all utility was there space was good enough. the only negative thing was thd ac was too warm in the evening.But it was enjoyable.
