Description of the Fort Lauderdale vacation apartment rental

Apartment #1 is a full size 1/1 in an unusual triplex in Victoria Park. Superbly located east of downtown Fort Lauderdale, walk a few blocks south to famous Las Olas Boulevard and the Riverwalk. The Galleria Mall, FLL Airport, Beaches and Interstate 95 are all just a short distance away.

Sunny with lots of windows, comfortable and relaxing seating, cable and high speed internet are included and flat panel HDTV's are in each room. Tastefully decorated with high quality furniture and a nice floor plan with good flow. Recessed lighting in the fully equipped kitchen, and 3-way under cabinet lights. A nice, open architectural design gives way to a cozy two person breakfast bar.

Beautiful queen-sized Tommy Bahama bedroom set. A large double closet with tons of storage space. Old mexican tile floors, central air conditioning and a private washer/dryer is located off the bedroom. Private Patio outside with tables and seating for two. Lush, tropical landscaping and lots of old growth create a canopy of palm leaves, and a wonderful shady place to sit. We also provide a free cleaning service once every two weeks on Fridays and gardening service every Friday. We have NO Check-Out cleaning fees. Dedicated off-street parking just steps outside your front door. This apartment has it all when it comes to comfort and convenience.

Area Information

Central and Conveniently located East of downtown Fort Lauderdale, Hidden Gardens is a charming, tropical and well maintained triplex nestled in the heart of Victoria Park. We have large and extra-large, one bedroom, furnished apartments available for business or vacation rental, long or short term. The rooms in each unit are unusually spacious for Victoria Park and all three apartments have a really nice open layout and flow. Just a few blocks North of famous Las Olas Boulevard and the Riverwalk, come stay at this ideal location, it's hassle free, all expenses and utilities are included and it is beautifully furnished.

An excellent alternative to the corporate stay, 'hotel' style accommodations (at a fraction of the cost), Hidden Gardens is perfectly suited for the business traveler, extended vacationer type or if you just need a quiet, turn-key second home. The beach is walkable and i95 via Broward Boulevard gets you out and where you need to be in minutes.

The upscale inviting apartments, tropical patio and deck areas and our superb location will all help make your stay here convenient and enjoyable. Fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, cleaning service included, Cable, HDTV, DVD, High Speed Internet (wired and wireless) included. Central air, electric and water are included and off-street parking is just steps outside your front door. This is a very quiet, friendly and safe area, located in one of Fort Lauderdales' most prestigious neighborhoods.

Came back for a second stay

"Last summer I stayed in apt.#2 which is the much larger 1 bedroom with two baths. Recently stayed in apt.# 1 which is a nicely appointed unit as you can see in the photos. Everything is as described by the owner who is most accomodating. I especially love the beautiful patio with all the tropical plants and trees. Victoria Park has the old Florida feel to it and is very conveniently located in a great area of town."

Beautiful Property

"I had a great stay at the Hidden Gardens Apt #1 in Victoria Park. The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures, impecably clean, well furnished/decorated, and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was also superb, nice and quiet with beautiful houses and just a 5 min drive to Galleria Mall, shops, restaurants, and a very quick drive to the beach. The owner of the property was also extremely helpful, he made himself available by phone, provided directions as needed, and was genuinely an all around friendly individual. I would recommend this property to all my friends and relatives. Absolutely loved it!"

So Peaceful

"I recently stayed for 3 months at Tropical Hidden Gardens, and it lives up to the name of the very small apartment complex, there are only three with the owner occupying one. There is a small secluded seating area outside the apartment. Inside is a very tastefully furnished one bed, one bathroom floor layout. There is plenty of room for two people with a very well equipped kitchen area, breakfast bar and very comfortable seating area. The cost is very reasonable, I checked around for a few weeks before choosing this apartment and Jon is a very nice guy to work with. Highly recommended."

Great Place Close to Everything

"Just relocated from California and was fortunate enough to find this place to stay while I got the lay of the land. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished (as the pictures showed) and had a well equipped kitchen. This is a place that is close to downtown, the beach, shopping and great restaurants, a terrific alternative to a hotel. This is a place I'd recommend to family and friends when they come to Fort Lauderdale."

"We spent an extended stay at Hidden Gardens and could not be more satisfied with the property and the owner. The apartment is spacious, fully outfitted for short or long stay and tastefully decorated. The location in a quiet neighborhood is perfect for quick access to all of Fort Lauderdale's recreational amenities and shopping as well as its business district. The owner takes great pride in maintining the property and was always helpful in guiding us to local businesses and restaurants. Q:Can you walk to the beach?

A:Yes, its about a 20-30 min walk down Las Olas Blvd to Fort Lauderdale Beach with lots of shops, bars and restaurants along the way. Both Las Olas, the Riverwalk and the Beach are with in walking distance from the house.

Q:Will you Rent for less than 7 days?

A:Of course we allow guests to stay for less than 7 days, however the minimum charge is still a 1 week fee. This is to account for the extra cleaning, downtime and wear created by reservations of less than 7 days, over time.

Q:Do you allow Pets?

A:We will allow some pets in the Summer months or if you're staying for an extended period of time. We have a $5 per night fee for pets, please send a picture prior to booking, additional conditions apply.

Q:Do you have extra beds available for use in the apartment?

A:Yes, we have queen-size, 'top of the line, double-raised' air-mattresses (very comfy) with linens, available upon request. (additional fees for over 2 persons per unit apply, max 4 people)

Q:Are there Laundry facilities available?

A:Yes, each apartment at Hidden Gardens has its own private washer/dryer inside the unit.

Q:Are the outdoor sitting areas private?

A:Yes, each unit has its own private patio or deck and sitting area, that is dedicated to the unit.
