Come relax by the sea! You will be asking for this unit year after year.
This tropical one bedroom apartment has been recently renovated including all new appliances, a/c, furniture, linens, cookware and electronics; it comes fully equipped down to the bottle opener.
It is located on the ground floor of a 12 unit condominium, 200 yards from the beach in the north end of Fort Lauderdale, close to all the shops, restaurants and bars... you won't need a car! . A nearby public park has tennis courts, children play area, bocce courts, soccer fields, basketball courts and a walking trail.

Everyone welcome, including families with well behaved young children. Some exceptions may be allowed for small pets. No Smoking, please.

Area Description

The property is minutes-drive away from famous Las Olas Boulevard, 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale/ Hollywood International Airport, just 45 minutes from Miami's entertainment and sporting facilities (Carnival Center for the Performing Arts, Miami Dolphins, Hurricanes, etc.), and from lively South Beach. Minutes-away from the Broward Center for Performing Arts. Over 50 public championship golf courses are available in the area, as well as deep-sea fishing, parasailing, and boat rentals. Orlando and Disneyworld are three hours away.

We stayed in this apartment this April - it is truly close to everything. We walked to the beach EVERY DAY...we went to the local restaurants and bar in the evening. CVS and the Grocery Store are a short walk away. The outdoor seating area by the Grocery Store/CVS has free wireless. The condo is very quaint and has all the necessary items: beach towels, chairs, coffee maker, fridge, stove, microwave. We will definitely be back! The owner is fantastic to work with - we locked ourselves out and she drove from Miami to let us in!

This was the first time we had booked anything like this and therefore we're a little nervous. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The condo is exactly as it is pictured. Shopping plaza with grocery store and beach very close. We had a small problem with the toilet when we arrived and the owner was there the same to to correct the problem. The condo contains everything you need to walk in carry on with life as if it were your own place. If there is any negative, it would be that there is no place to sit outside, but we spent most of our day on the beach anyway. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to this area again.
