Description of the Fort Lauderdale vacation condo rental
This is a newly furnished 1/1 condo on the Middle River and is located 1 mile from the beach/ocean. You have a beautiful view from your 5th floor balcony of the gardens, bbq area, pool and the Middle River. There are 2 elevators located in the center of each 12 story building. For your convience we have 24 hour guard security. Everything is included: blender, coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans, linens, towels, blow dryer, DVD player, stereo, 2 TV's & more! There is a washer and dryer down the hall.

Rental includes the use of the pool, sauna, game room, exercise room and gas BBQ. We also include the 11.5% tax (hotel & state tax) in our prices. Many other rentals do not. Our unit requires a 3 MONTH or 6 MONTH rental. We give multiple month discounts.

The Condo is walking distance to grocery, wine store, gas station, and many small shops. Medical offices and Holy Cross Hospital are also located a few miles away.

A minimum of 3-4 weeks is required for rental applications. No smoking or pets allowed. 11.5% tax is ADDITIONAL.

Area Information
A short walk away is the Galleria Mall, containing resteraunts such as Capital Grill, PF Changs, Blue Martini and Seasons 52. Across the street are more of South Florida's best resteraunts such as Casa D'Angelo, Cafe Vico and Il'Milano and the Gateway Theatre. Downtown Ft Lauderdale (Las Olas Dr) is minutes away. Convenient to Hollywood/Ft Lauderdale Airport. Golfing is nearby.
