The home was clean and as nice as the pictures. Everyone in the building was friendly. It was 1 block to the beach and the pool was perfect for my kids. We spent the month while looking for homes and it was perfect. Tanya was great and she had a bottle of wine fornus when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

We were expecting a lot from this vacation in Fort Lauderdale and we were please to deal with Mike & Tanya from the beginning to the end. The information from our arrival at the airport to get to condo, restaurant, groceries ect, ect......were well explain and use full. the condo was spotless and the explanation displayed in the house for the use of all equipment were original and use full. Mike and Tanya are great people to deal with. The condo was spotless and the location was ideal for us. We are looking forward to next year. Everything in the condo was first class, down to the pots and pans. We especially enjoyed having the pool to ourselves most of the time. The view from the pool is fantastic, having the ocean on one side and the inter coastal on the other. Restaurants are near by and we actually walked to several. The golf courses are reasonably close, and I played Palm Aire, Inverrary, and Colony West most of the time.

The condo was spotless, very comfortable, and a kitchen with more equipment than I have at home. The master bath was my favorite room. The view was great. Mike and Tanya were like old friends. They left a bottle of wine for me, called the first night to make sure everything was fine, and make sure I found the step stool they bought for me. For anyone else under 5ft., it's in the pantry. Location was very convienent to everything and they had sent a list of stores and restaurants nearby. Only thing lacking was a cable machine in the fitness center. If you are going to Fort Lauderdale, this is the place to rent. One of the best months I've had.

This condo is truly a luxury, great decor, beautiful furniture, outstanding kitchen (fully equipped). The view is spectacular!! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. My husband and I rented this condo for our 5 year anniversary. We were very happy we did. The view is magnificent and the beach is only footsteps away. The unit is very modern and comfortable, and the rooms are painted in soothing colors, perfect for a beach vacation. We will definitely stay here again.
