We coudn't have asked for more. We chose this studio because it seemed like it would be a great place to relax and recover from some surgery that one of us recently had. We were not wrong. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The view onto the beach and the ocean is amazing and the pool was a great bonus. Peter, the owner was incredibly helpful, kind and accomodating. We also appreciated the friendliness of the neighbours. Having a car would have made life easier but access to a bike, taxis called for us by Peter, and even the occasional ride from Peter meant that we didn't have too much trouble. For a quiet, relaxing beach front holiday with an honest and hospitable owner, this is your place!

This is a great place to stay , right on the beach, affordable, clean , there is even a free shuttle bus that takes you to shopping and restaurants, very friendly residents and the man who rents it even came on our last day to return our deposit!! We are looking forward to staying there again next year.

I stayed in this condo for 5 weeks and cannot say enough about how great it is. I has everything you need to be comfortable, except your clothes and personal items. Peter, the owner, goes to great lengths to make sure your stay is perfect. The condo complex is small and other owners/residents are extremely friendly. The area is completely safe. Everything is laid back and casual. There are good restaurants close by, as well as a grocery store, pharmacy, etc. I had my car, but if you choose to fly into Ft. Lauderdale, you would not even need a car. There is a local shuttle bus (free of charge) to take you around Lauderdale by the Sea and it connects to another operated by Pompano Beach and to the regular bus service in Ft. Lauderdale. The water taxi even stops nearby. Step outside the door and the beach is right there. You can walk for miles in either direction. The sunrises are amazing. I really cannot think of anything but good things to say about my stay. Thoroughly enjoyable. I hope to return.
