Description of the Fort Lauderdale vacation condo rental

Condominium is at second level of two story building. Unit is about 1200sq ft along with dining area, well stocked kitchen, king sized bed in master bedroom & 2 twin beds in another .
Each bedroom offers en-suite completed along with bath and shower.
There is free access to Wi Fi. Also weekly house keeping is included and all linens are included..

Area Information

The condo is conveniently located on a canal in a quiet area, bounded by Intracoastal Water way to West, the Birch State Park towards North, Ft Lauderdale Beach towards East and the Bonnet House towards South. Galleria Mall is about 5minutes walk, are at least a dozen restaurants. A 7-11 convenience store, opened 24x7 and public transport, are 2 mins away. New Publix Grocery store within 10 minutes short walk. Car isn’t required on this prime location.

We are perfectly located next door to the Bonnet House Museum and Gardens. The Fort Lauderdale world famous beach is about 5 minutes walk away. Our guests can simply walk next to the beach as no hotels are at the beachside along Ft Lauderdale Beach Blvd.

Nice condo at great location

April 29, 2013

This condo is nice. We have rented this condo for a week in April. Condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms. Although the interior is dated, the condo is well equipped and the resort facilities are great. A public pool, wi-fi internet and just 5 minutes walk to the beach. Furthermore the Galleria Mall and Water Taxi are very close. Also a large outlet center, Saw Grass is in a 30 minutes drive available. Miami could be reached in a 30 minutes drive, Everglades in 90 minutes.

Hello Al; We have just returned from a wonderful holiday and want to thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful Condo Unit 510 at Coconut Bay Resort. We have stayed at Coconut Bay several times but I must say we enjoyed your unit the most. It is so clean, bright and well equipped. The full wall window in the huge Master Bedroom not only made the bedroom so sunny and bright but gave a full view of the inland waterway. The location of your Resort is perfect ---so close to the ocean, the Galleria Mall, the Water Taxi, Blue Martini, Franco & Vinny's --- what more could one want?
