Luxurious 2Bedrooms and one and half baths condominium, located at 12th level along with breathtaking panoramic views of ocean and the Intercostal . Few steps distance from beautiful beach. Situated between Oakland and the Sunrise. Quiet close to supermarkets, Coral Ridge Mall, Galleria Mall, Finest Restaurants, Movie Theaters, about 20minutes distance from Sawgrass shopping outlets . About 30minutes distance to the Aventura Mall and Miami.

Safe 24hrs secured building along with heat swimming pool, separate shower and sauna. Fully functional washer/dryer is shared along with others at same level. Reserved Parking and the Guests Parking available for the convenience. All windows and doors are hurricanes impact. Hurricane Shutter also available in place.

Flat screened TV along with Hi speed Internet and a DVD player. Luxurious bedrooms have one queen sized bed in all. First class beddings, utensils and appointed bath are available.

For the very first time available for Vacation Rental Business. Monthly rates are preferable. Also will accept two weeks minimum stay just for $1000 USD /week. Romantic sunsets and sunrises!
