Reviews for this vacation condo rental in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
March 26, 2014
The condo was perfect and exactly like the owner described on the website. It was super clean and we were very comfortable. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. I had a question upon arrival and he was very prompt taking care of us. I would definitely stay here again. The beach service was spot on as well. You do have to pay for the service on the beach but it is minimal and worth the dollars. The restaurant is good too. Way to pricey on the drinks but the food is reasonable for the high quality. The only negative was that we stayed there on Spring Break. I would definitely not go again during this time. The hotel rented to a huge group of college kids on Spring Break and they were loud, disruptive and up all night.
Thank you for your review but I'm not sure if you meant to write the review for another property because there is not currently a restaurant on site. Although, we do have a pool bar but the prices are actually very reasonable such as $4 drinks and $3 beer and there is a very limited food menu. Regardless, I am glad that you enjoyed your stay in Fort Lauderdale. If you stayed here, we would be glad to have you back. If you did not stay here, we hope you consider us for your next visit.

Despite booking a long time ago, staying for a week, and being told we could have an ocean view we were placed in a room by the elevator with the most minimal of views. It also overlooked the sun deck which was inhabited almost the entire time by spring breakers (who would wake us up every night). The pool was not operational for several of the days we were here, and the wifi only worked properly in one small area of the apartment. This was all a shame as the general location and apartment layout was good. All things considered overpriced for the experience.

6 Day stay before our cruise
February 2, 2014
Definitely worth the price. We brought our 2 kids and 2 friends, two 15 yr old boys and two 17 1/2 yr olds. They were totally entertained with the beach, shopping and the Hugh Taylor Beach Park. They were able to go and come as they pleased and we didn't have to drive them. Our condo slept 6 and it was very clean. You could do your own towel exchange every day and that wasn't a problem. Laundry staff were very friendly. Even though the concierge wasn't at desk all the time, the front desk staff were able to answer any other questions. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. We enjoyed the upper deck for relaxing. Previous reviews may have mentioned front desk staff, We found they were friendly enough. Would definitely go there again.

A Dream Come True
March 14, 2013
Welcomed at reception desk by Michael with a friendly smile. I had no reservation but was told there was a cancellation. When I asked if I could see it, Michael handed me the key. What a pleasant surprise! Lovely one-bedroom, living room and kitchen with dining area and beautiful terrace the length of the unit. Ocean, Ocean, Ocean everywhere I turned (and, of course, beach, beach, beach). Spotlessly clean and fully equipped with anything you might need for a week's stay. Eric helped me with my bags at checkin and Cathy helped me load my car when I left, all with smiling faces. Camille (housekeeping) was not only efficient, but had the brightest smile. I've stayed at the finest hotels and those stays didn't come close to the comfort and service I had here. DON'T MISS IT! The amenities are endless: pool, hot tub, tennis, barbecue area, shuffleboard play area and much more. Many restaurants, shopping, places of interest in immediate area, yet a short ride to places of interest in surrounding areas. Can't wait to go back. Great for singles, couples, families, lovers and particular people. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Fort Lauderdale Condo Vacation Rental

Great location - one block from the beach - great ocean views. Can't beat it! Room decor a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it!
July 4th weekend condo stay
July 19, 2012
We stayed over 4th of July, the condo has a nice balcony facing the ocean so we had a perfect view of the fireworks. It is very spacious for 4 people, with a cool Murphy bed that the kids loved. The interior is updated with granite counters and nice furniture. Maintenance was quick to respond (tv didn't work one night). The beach was a very short walk away, several restaurants are a close walk, and the grocery is a 5 minute drive. We loved it and would stay again!
Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Please let me know if ever plan another trip to Fort Lauderdale. We would be very pleased to have you stay here again.

Great vacations at Fort Lauderdale, FL
July 14, 2012
The resort is awesome, close to beach and specially a beautiful ocean view. The only problem is that the housekeeping staff in the mornings they chat very loudly and were assigned a condo close to the elevator and this was very noisy. During the check in I was invited to a lunch but it was a tramp, a company for vacations was trying that I invest US$6,000 for a vacation package for entire life, but when we said NO the Manager of this company got angry and almot got hitten from her, bad experience and stressed! Did not like it at all. But if I can, I will return to the FT beach resort.
Thank you for you kind remarks about the resort and the view. We are glad to hear that you would return because we would be glad to have you back here as our guest. I apologize about your experience with the lunch presentation which you had attended. Please remember that this lunch was completely optional. It is not a requirement for any of our guests to attend. I actually recommend to our guests to not attend because vacation sales people are known to be aggressive and the presentation is by a company that is not affiliated with the Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. I also would like apologize about the noise on the late morning of Friday and Saturday. The housekeeping staff clean most of the units every Friday and Saturday and they can get chatty at times. They are not supposed to use the guest elevators. They have a service elevator that they are supposed to use. Your comment has been forwarded to our housekeeping manager so that she can enforce the rule about elevator use by staff. Also, I have asked our maintenance staff to check for any noise that would be caused by the elevator itself. Each floor only has only 10 units and there is normally not a lot of elevator traffic on any floor other than the lobby and ground lobby.
If you need vacation home accommodations in Fort Lauderdale again, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be glad to help you.

Sad to leave!
June 25, 2012
We were very satisfied with the accommodations at the Ft. Lauderdale Beach Resort! The living room was spacious with a lovely ocean view. The full kitchen and seating for 6 allowed our family to dine in comfort. The beach was just a short walk away, and the pool and bar provided respite from the sand and surf. We'll happily return to this resort for our next Ft. Lauderdale trip.
