The condo has a well-appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave; full size refrigerator; stove/oven; dishwasher; complete set of cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. The dining room seats 6 people. The living room has a TV and DVD player, a sleeper sofa and a murphy bed (shown in pictures). The master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a beautiful vanity with granite. There is also a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a patio table and 2 chairs.

Great Fort Lauderdale Condo Vacation Rental

Great location - one block from the beach - great ocean views. Can't beat it! Room decor a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it!

July 4th weekend condo stay

July 19, 2012

We stayed over 4th of July, the condo has a nice balcony facing the ocean so we had a perfect view of the fireworks. It is very spacious for 4 people, with a cool Murphy bed that the kids loved. The interior is updated with granite counters and nice furniture. Maintenance was quick to respond (tv didn't work one night). The beach was a very short walk away, several restaurants are a close walk, and the grocery is a 5 minute drive. We loved it and would stay again!

Great vacations at Fort Lauderdale, FL

The resort is awesome, close to beach and specially a beautiful ocean view. The only problem is that the housekeeping staff in the mornings they chat very loudly and were assigned a condo close to the elevator and this was very noisy. During the check in I was invited to a lunch but it was a tramp, a company for vacations was trying that I invest US$6,000 for a vacation package for entire life, but when we said NO the Manager of this company got angry and almot got hitten from her, bad experience and stressed! Did not like it at all. But if I can, I will return to the FT beach resort.

Thank you for you kind remarks about the resort and the view. We are glad to hear that you would return because we would be glad to have you back here as our guest. I apologize about your experience with the lunch presentation which you had attended. Please remember that this lunch was completely optional. It is not a requirement for any of our guests to attend. I actually recommend to our guests to not attend because vacation sales people are known to be aggressive and the presentation is by a company that is not affiliated with the Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. I also would like apologize about the noise on the late morning of Friday and Saturday. The housekeeping staff clean most of the units every Friday and Saturday and they can get chatty at times. They are not supposed to use the guest elevators. They have a service elevator that they are supposed to use. Your comment has been forwarded to our housekeeping manager so that she can enforce the rule about elevator use by staff. Also, I have asked our maintenance staff to check for any noise that would be caused by the elevator itself. Each floor only has only 10 units and there is normally not a lot of elevator traffic on any floor other than the lobby and ground lobby.

Sad to leave!

We were very satisfied with the accommodations at the Ft. Lauderdale Beach Resort! The living room was spacious with a lovely ocean view. The full kitchen and seating for 6 allowed our family to dine in comfort. The beach was just a short walk away, and the pool and bar provided respite from the sand and surf. We'll happily return to this resort for our next Ft. Lauderdale trip.
