Additional room with french doors is great for 3rd bedroom, office or den. New front loading Maytag washer and dryer, private beach club, 2 pools, hot tub, fitness center, billiards, 24 hour valet and security.

Area Information

Ft. Lauderdale Beach is great for swimming, surfing, paddleboarding or just people watching. There are many great restaurants and options for live entertainment. If you never made it for spring break - the original Elbo Room is also still standing and packed every day.

The Galleria Mall is great for shopping with the likes of Neiman Marcus, Macy's and many other boutiques, department, jewelry and specialty stores. They also offer some great dining options like a very good food court, The Capital Grill, PF Changs, Seasons 52 and TruLucks. Grocery stores, pharmacies and Target are all nearby.
