Beautiful Cottage on the canal that leads to the ocean 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house, completly remodeled. Large open deck and dock with hot tub, 2 barbque grills, (one on the deck and the other in sreened porch), approximatily 2 miles from Beach. Sit in hot tub and watch the boats go by or fish from the dock.

Area Information

5 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale Airport, Walk or bike to Hollywood and Dania Beach, Minutes to Hi Li, Gulfstream and Hard Rock Casino's. The house is located right off main street, (US1), 10 minutes to trendy Las Olas Blvd., South Beach in Miami is about 30 miles south

Ships Ahoy !

This place was GREAT fun ! - It's small but the feeling is you're at home not at some vacation spot. Living on the water watching all the boats go by keeps you engaged with the local enviroment. The had a yardservice show up one morning early and this is the only suggestion - "they need to clean up the landscaping - too much dry dead foliage laying around = other than that - HAVE FUN !

Loved the cottage. Was small,but had everything one would need. The outside space was amazing. Fun sitting on the deck watching the boats go by.Great landscaping,with lots of birds.

It is a beautiful spot right at the canal got to see alot of boats and we even seen a large stingray jump out of the water.We had a great time and very relaxing spot. For an elderly couple,this place is ideal. Hot tub was mostly appreciated. This cottage is not far away from anything, yet all stores are not too far away. We loved this place. Will go back another time.

Pluses: cozy, clean house right on the canal, great for hanging out on the deck and having a BBQ. Owners are helpful. Very little airport noise even though it's very close to the airport. Minuses: off the beaten path, hard to get to without a car.
